Arrived at 2.50pm. Could have been a quicker smooth check in if check in details were send a day earlier to facilitate it. Had to make a few calls and mesages to owner which is a voice mailbox and getting no response whatsoever. Finally managed to call through to Trip.com whose Customer Support Officer was able to help us contact owner. Contacted owner and from here on, things get better and able to move on smoothly. Managed to check in around 3.50pm. Overall the apartment and location are good except for the checking in.

Feel right for the location and the view. I would like to try another time if there is a chance 👍😊

Just doors sound very bad .the others all good.

Never receive any check in information even till 3.45 pm that day. Tried calling on my own to no avail. Had to ask for help from the security guard to contact property manager.

No customer service. Even the security guards cannot help with any enquiries. I did not stay there as I could not get my room key. There is no directions to tell me where to collect my room key. i paid for the stay but did not stay there at all. I called the hotline helpdesk but nobody picked up my call. I wasted my money paying for the stay and did not stay there at all. This was a very bad experience. I will not want to stay there anymore. Despite staff working there , nobody can help me , they kept telling me that they know nothing. Even if there is no check in counter, they must at least put up some notices or directions where we should go to collect our room key but there is nothing at all at the level 1 lobby to guide us. Very bad service and poor experience.

Very good location

I've booked KSL D'Esplanade Residence many times. Usually the check in is very swift & I would contact the host by what's app. However on the day of the check in. I am unable to reach the host for my check in details. I had to go through Trip.com to help me get the host contact. Check in was terrible! Imagine if I'm already at the place. I have to wait for my check in details. It's such a waste of time! On top of that the host request for deposit (RM200) & my photo ID. I have book the place for many times & this is my FIRST time been asked for this. I would understand if a normal hotel with a check in counter requested my ID details. However this is an apartment and I feel VERY UNSAFE providing my personal details as I am unsure where my details would be used in. Nevertheless I provided as I needed a place to crash in. And the deposit purpose the reason they gave was "Incase access cards or parking pass lost..it's trouble for us..need to apply to Management Body (JMB ksl) and wait for replace a new cards" Last but not least. The deposit was mentioned will be refunded within a day. It took them 2 days to refund & I have to follow up on that. Overall the stay was terrible just for a 1 NIGHT STAY!

不錯，可是入住時會有問題，希望可以改進入住方式，其他的東西和房間的東西都ok~會再次光臨這個酒店~😊

Everything was great

Convenient Location, clear instructions. Very big room. High Storey.

the price was reasonable, and fast transaction.

So far not bad, walking distance to shopping mall.
