Nice place to rest.

All good except for next door got a crazy guy who kept talking to himself until 4 am. Poor guy. Fall out of love.

Good location, near to everything. Mall, jb sentral, restaurants. Room is comfortable for stay, clean toilet, clean bedsheet. Only the tv is broken. Hotel allowed us to keep luggages for free as we go to one day trip singapore. Much appreciate. Will book here again if i come yo singapore

The hotel staffs are very nice and one of them knows little sign language while communicating. The room is very clean without smoke and quietly

Stay in many jb hotel this is worst hotel I have stay.The room are very noisy, bedsheets and the blanket are so rough that my body so itching that I cannot sleep terrible hotel

The hotel is just opposite the City Square shopping mall and is located in Ah Fook street. There are plenty of eateries near the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room comes with toiletries, bedroom slippers, Bar fridge and an electric kettle. There's about 5 power points in the room, hence it's convenient for you to charge your handphone, tablet and laptop. The television is about 32 inches. The room and the toilet are a bit small, but I just stayed for one night hence it is still acceptable for me.

Decent for a short stay, but the walls were quite thin—could hear neighbors.

Shower heater not working and room noisy. Not a comfortable stay for this room except for convenient location.

We are reached the hotel at 4pm and waiting for anther one hour to check in, and the mini fridge is not working.

Room size 16m2, a bit small even though I choose the cheapest one which I cannot complain too much. It has a small movable table big enough for one 16in laptop only, the most difficult part is I cannot bear the strong smell inside the room, it is not smelly, just the smell is too strong that both my daughter and I cannot take it. Location is quite good and the staff is quite friendly.

I booked this hotel because of the convenient location. Next building to shopping mall, food street and more. But traffic at night was very noisy.
