Four Points by Sheraton Juneau

Hotel was clean and spacious. Many shops and restaurants nearby, Staff was efficient and helpful.

We missed our flight to Seattle to make the cruise ship so the airlines sent us to Juneau to get on at the first stop and this hotel was awesome !! Right by the port and the restaurant and bar was awesome !! Great service , great staff, if I ever fly in to Juneau I’ll b staying there!!

HOTEL cancelled hours before arrival. This hotel CANCELLED our reservation just a couple hours before we arrived in Juneau, via EMAIL. They didn't even have the decency to call us. We were already in Seattle airport about to board our flight to Junaeu when I happened to see the email about the cancellation. When I called the hotel to ask about the cancellation and if they were rebooking us elsewhere they replied "we're going to let you take care of that." They did not help us find another hotel - just left us stranded with nowhere to stay and scrambling for a room that night. When we arrived in Juneau we went to the hotel and it's clear they are under serious renovations. There are entire floors in disarray, furniture stacked against windows on several floors. Another guest in our group stayed there and said it was horrible with drilling on opposite walls of her room at all hours, dust everywhere and a mess. This hotel should close to finish renovations and reopen when they're ready to accept reservations again.

Don’t stay here!! When I arrived they had sent me an email stating that they didn’t have any rooms available after I was already on my way in a plane. When I arrived at the hotel they told me they had no rooms available and sent me to the Baronof motel a Best Western establishment in Juneau. They said they were going through construction and had to cancel our reservation. They should have known this before I even booked.

There’s nothing unique about it. We were assigned to a room on second floor; but asked if we can have at upper floors ; the front desk told us all the upper level rooms are under renovation. Next day, from another staff we learned that rooms at 7th floor were available for guests. ! Eighty percent of the hotel is under construction The room right across ours was under construction; there was noise and dust. Had we known about this we would have reserved another Hotel. ******* did not give this information. So we want to be compensated by some way. Also the room we stayed was spacious but all furniture carpet etc were old. We did not get the route money’s worth.

Nice stay, comfy bed and pillows. Advertised a Mountain View and my view was of old dilapidated buildings, trash all down the hillside. And windows in the buildings that stared right into my hotel window. I kept my curtains closed the whole time! False advertising. It also advertised a pub, which had closed. Wanted a restaurant onsite. Also false advertising. Staff was very nice.
