Convenient and quiet location in the heart of Thamel near the main tourist sites and lots of restaurants and shops. Room could have been cleaner with stains on the bedspread. The TV didn't work and we asked the reception twice if they could fix it but no one came to fix it. A couple of the power points didn't work. The breakfast was good with a range of western and local cuisines that changed daily.

飯店房間很舒適，但是外面很吵雜，有酒巴在附近，如果怕吵，要考量，但總體來說是70分的，服務及清潔度都可以喔

The staff were super nice and did their best. Shout to Fadel on bus service who came around to get my tv working. A nice balcony, hot water , great breakfast and a bargain rate this spot was excellent. As for location Kathmandu is confusing to me but hotel has a sign and arrow on the main street nearby. It's walking distance to Durbar Square.

son un poco sinverguenzas , haces la reserva para este hotel que esta muy bien pero cuando llegan te dicen que no hay habitaqciones disponibles y tre enviann a otro del mu¡ismo dueño, un sitio que no tiene instalaciones no personal como un hotel y esta mucho mas lejos del centro de Thamel, a todos los que estabamos alli nos habian hecho la misma jugada.

I highly recommend this hotel, excellent service, attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great breakfast. In particular Prem Ale was most helpful in making our stay at the hotel smooth. Lastly this hotel is located in one of the most interesting parts of the city.

Excellent location, good food. Staff polite and helpful especially Shrabya. Nice guard at entrance. Smooth check-in and out. Well organized and free airport transfers. Maybe room cleaning would be better. Would definitely go back. Lajos and Gabriella Hungary

The hotel was so much exciting!!! Everything was perfect there! The food the Location The staff Especially Mr Akshunnd!! He was such a gentleman he worked really hard to give us the best experience!! Mr bijaya was a great assistant as well !!

I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Thamel before and after my Everest Base Camp hike. The staff was very professional and kind. Receptionist Shrabya was extremely helpful arranging transportation and late check out. Highly recommend this place. Thank you

Very nice place, Akshunnd and Bijaya was very pleasant and helped in any situation, took care about everything and solved all problems which arrises. Location good, breakfast nice, stuff also. Very recommend to stay in this place. Lots of love Akshuu!!

Excelente atención de todo el personal del Hotel Thamel. Kedar muy dispuesto a ayudar. Akshunnd comunicandose en español y con excelente predisposicion, al igual que Bijaya. La gente del comedor tambien , muy cálida. Todos! Todos hicieron que mi estadía en el Hotel fuera una gran experiencia. Muy, muy recomendable!
