The Europe Hotel & Resort

My stay at the hotel Europe was fabulous. The food is even better then the last time I was here and once again the staff are absolutely amazing and really are what makes the hotel be incredible for the guests that stay there. Being in a fantastic Lakevire premium room was just mesmerising and it was so thoughtful of them to present us with some fabulous treats and a bottle of champagne since when we arrived our room was still being prepared as an apology for the delay. We really were not expecting it. I had booked myself in for a spa treatment on the Friday and the staff in the spa were so welcoming. The muscle package I had booked was amazing with an incredible hot stone muscle massage and pleasant facial. I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful therapist called Ciara who not only provided me with exceptional service but also some fantastic advice for both muscle improvement and relaxation but also helpful tips and advice regarding skincare. The only reason I couldn't give it five stars was the very disappointing hot stone manicure. For the price of 60 euro within a few hours of the manicure the polish had started to peel off. For that price this is unacceptable as I have had manicures that cost much less and only start peeling two weeks after application. At a five star hotel and spa I really would have expected more so I will definitely not be returning for any sore of manicure or pedicure in the future and would advise other guests not to have it done at the hotel Europe Spa.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel and I wish it was more. The view was absolutely awesome, but what made the stay was the service and the property. The room was awesome - amazing view, comfortable bed, and the technology was great. I have been in lots of hotels - thousands, and this had one of the best gyms and saunas I have used. They were clean, well maintained, and lots of choices. We visited three restaurants while we were there and thought that they were all awesome. Great choice!

We stayed a night to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. We received a welcome box of chocolates, lemonade and card in our room to mark the occasion. We booked a classic King room and had a wonderful view of the lakes and mountains. The bed was super comfy and the ESPA toiletries were lovely. We enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal in the Panorama dining room with lovely views to the lake. We had the opportunity to enjoy the pools and thermal suite, the views from the outdoor heated pool was amazing and the weather thankfully behaved for our trip. We enjoyed a good breakfast and there was a good variety on offer. The staff were always friendly and attentive.

Regulars here, always leave not wanting to go. Have to say though this weekend was buzzing, helped by the weather. Samina one of the managers is a gem, so attentive and makes sure standards are maintained. Riva delivered fantastic food as always, just want to point out though the restaurant was quite cold with air con blasting. Will be back soon!

We stayed here for two nights in two rooms. It was an amazing stay. The room was cleaned, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. During our stay, we always ate there, and the bar was amazing. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a buffer, but it didn't have many choices, as I expected for such a five-star hotel as I travel around the world and I have seen but the staff was helpful and polite. The view was terrific, the gym was clean, and the swimming pool looked out the lake. It was fantastic.

5 star all the way! This hotel is top notch in every way and so luxurious. From our arrival to our departure, we were treated like Queen's! We got a great surprise being upgraded to a beautiful balcony/lakeside view room with an amazing view and the comfortable beds and pillows were so plush! One member of staff more helpful than the next! AMAZING STAY IN BEAUTIFUL KERRY! Keep up the great work and thank you for a wonderful relaxing break away! Hope to be back soon
