This is a lovely property all around... Fantastically decorated large home/boutique hotel with amazingly responsive and friendly staff. Incredible views from the fell/south-facing windows (with ridiculously high ceilings). Very comfortable lobby/sitting room areas (library, bar, breakfast area). We could spend weeks here, alas had only 2 nights - will return... Also their sister restaurant just down the road is delicious, and the included breakfast is scrumptious. I almost hate to review this property because it will undoubtedly be harder to book and more expensive the next time we get back to the Lake District - kindof wish it could remain a hidden gem!

My wife and I stayed here on Sunday night to spend a couple of days in keswick. The whole experience, from booking to check out was made faultless by the lovely staff. Jodie was super helpful with my initial booking as I had to change it to a later date due to my son being unwell. She was also there on check-in with a really warm welcome. All the staff we met while there were extremely professional and friendly and a credit to the Fellpack. The overall look of the place from the outside is lovely and extremely well kept. The interior is beautiful and done to a real high standard. Our room was a superior room overlooking Keswick town centre and the mountains behind. Really spacious with a very comfortable bed and just all round high class. Breakfast was outstanding and cooked to perfection. There is a small car park at the rear which was ideal too, and we got a call on the morning as we were travelling to see we were welcome to park up before check-in and heading to Keswick, which we did. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, who made our stay great and we look forward to returning.

Great location, friendly and good food. Really friendly staff, breakfast was lovely, fresh and tasty. Amazing views from the dining room. Staff kindly let us park our mountain bikes in the boot room Only one side window in the room so it was a little dark. Bathroom quite small- not an issue for us though really
