Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel

Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The service was fantastic, location good and overall experience could not have been better. I look forward to coming back in the future. The pool and upstairs restaurant are a fantastic addition to a truly characterful hotel. Next time I’ll report on the spa!

Recently, I spent a night at this hotel and the experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. My interaction with the staff at the hotel was noteworthy. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and they assisted me so that I could enjoy my stay fully. From the front desk to housekeeping, all the employees treated me well which added to my comfort and made me feel like a true guest. Breakfast, without a doubt, was my favorite meal of the day. It included numerous options that were guaranteed to meet all preferences. If one was a lover of deep fried food and light dishes, their needs were met. The coffee was great, but best of all, the dining staff was proactive as far as making sure everything was tidy, orderly, and available. An additional feature that was impressive about the hotel were the rooms. After a busy day out, the sunlit and spacious rooms, with modern, comfortable beds, elegant decor, and thoughtful amenities such as plush towels and high-quality toiletries left their guests in great comfort. The services provided heightened my overall experience throughout the stay. All factors combined made the hotel exceed my expectations and I highly recommend them for the outstanding breakfast and cheerful staff alone. I am looking forward to my next visit!

The warm and professionnal welcome of the team upon arrival makes a différence after a long trip in traffic jams! I can remember Mrs Shalini who has been efficient, discret when making the registering and offering a welcome which made me fill home in that hotel where I had never been !

Fragrant nature was outstanding - the breakfast buffet, the service from all the staff, and the amenities made our time in India unforgettable. The hotel is extremely clean and you feel safe and at home. Nothing was too difficult for the team here
