Il Mitsis family village è una struttura non nuovissima, ma molto ben tenuta, dove abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevolissima settimana. Noi abbiamo preso una delle camere con accesso alla piscina (di acqua salata). Le nostre figlie ne erano entusiaste. Il mare è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 5/ 10 minuti o con una navetta che passa continuamente fino alle 18. La spiaggia è di ghiaia abbastanza sottile e il mare limpidissimo . Si puo' accedere a una piscina con scivoli (due piu' lunghi e uno piu' corto per i bimbi piccoli) Il buffet è ricco e abbastanza vario e sono disponibili snack e bevande a qualsiasi ora del giorno, con un unico neo: l'acqua fornita al ristorante e al bar alla spiaggia è desalinizzata e onestamente quasi imbevibile se non ci sei abituato. Ci si ritrova dunque a bere continuamente (e a far bere alle bambini che non la vogliono) bibite e succhi di frutta zuccheratissimi. Del Mitsis ho apprezzato poi alcune piccole attenzioni che hanno reso tutto molto piu' semplice: ad esempio se fai un giro a Kos Town puoi usufruire dei servizi di un altro hotel Mitsis; così come puoi usufruire l' ultimo giorno anche dopo il check out; inoltre tutto il personale è gentilissimo e rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Considering our price of approx. 95€ a night per person for a week in the end of June, our stay was a very nice memory. With a beautiful view and a very friendly staff, we were quite satisfied. We would definitely consider returning for another nice vacation. However, there are some points to be improved for a perfect 5 star review. The acoustics and the layout of the dining hall leaves room for improvement. Secondly, at the pool bar and pastry bar there are often high demand, or at least a considerable bottleneck, leading to queues and wait. Staff are at some hours good to service the guests by the pool but at other hours completely absent. In conclusion, very nice and chill stay with decent service and nice rooms with A/C.

We are here at the moment. We upgraded to a ground floor swim up room. There are no steps into the pool from our room. The room is very dated but everything works. There are 3 of us and there are only 2 very uncomfortable seats on the balcony so we use an equally uncomfortable chair from inside. There are 2 single beds pushed together which are reasonably comfortable. The other single bed is very uncomfortable, so much so that we have had to put the seat of the sofa on top to make it half decent to sleep on, my back is killing me in the morning. The rooms are tidied daily but the sheets are not changed. The air-conditioning works well and the over the bath shower is powerfull. My main problem is that considering that you are advised not to drink the tap water you only get 1 large bottle of water every 2 days for 3 people. If you want more you have to buy it. The bar staff or management won't give you any more. My granddaughter is 9 and a very poor eater but drinks loads of milk, so we need it in the fridge. They will give you a glass of milk at the bar but say they don't have boxes to take to the room, but we have seen it at the bar. So again we have to buy it. The food is hit and miss. The cocktails are poor and you would never get tipsy on them. This is our only holiday this year and we have saved hard for it, so disappointing. Some of the staff are ok but not all of them. Would we come here again ..... no.

We came this year to this hotel for our honeymoon! Everything is perfect the food the staff the amazing view. Special thank you to the staff at the a LA carte restaurants they were amazing !!!!!
