Fantastic experience and upgraded to all inclusive as the food and drinks were really good.

Hilfsbereites Personal, exzellenter Service, saubere und stilvolle Zimmer, sehr modern, Silvia, das Mädchen im Miniclub, sehr fröhlich und freundlich zu den Kindern, gutes Essen und allgemeine Höflichkeit des Personals. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, ich hatte wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Ich empfehle es und komme gerne wieder!

I would honestly rate this hotel 10/10. Went as a couple for a relaxing holiday and got exactly that. I would recommend any couple to go here. Breathtaking views from infinity pool. great rooms, great staff, good facilities and aesthetically very nice. Overall look of hotel - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 View - 10/10 Food 11/10 Facilities 9/10 Few things to note : - Hotel is about 20 min bus journey away from kos centre okay on way to kos but on way back to hotel can be chaos as bus only comes every half hour can be hundreds of people trying to get on one bus - Book dinner reservations early - Taxis are very few are far between

The staff could not do enough for us during our stay - was a lovely hotel with great facilities.

Dramatically situated with fabulous views and great swimming pools. But it all felt tinny and cheaply done. Rooms were beyond basic. And the food was truly awful.

Hotelanlage top. Service, Restaurant und Getränke flop! Gerade der Service der Barkeeper/innen am Pool und an der Bar neben der Lobby waren nicht gut. Teilweise eingebildet, teilweise unfreundlich, teilweise wurden wir in 3 Stunden nur einmal bedient. Zusätzlich ist das All Inklusive Angebot reinste abzocke. Kunden die keine All Inklusive haben, bekommen Getränke auf Flaschen oder Dose, All Inklusive Gäste kleine Gläser aus dem Zapfhahn. Das Mittagsbuffet ist lächerlich. Es gibt Snacks wie Hamburger, Chicken Nuggets, Pizza, diese kosten jedoch (auch für All Inklusive Gäste). Lieber nur Frühstück buchen und dafür abends in den Tavernen in der Stadt essen gehen (schmeckt auch besser).

Buona la qualità dei ristoranti e struttura ottima per rilassarsi…mare e piscine ok. Unica nota negativa con tutto lo spazio libero a disposizione la palestra potrebbe essere non in un sotterraneo senza finestre ma con una vetrata vista mare ….

Kos beauty The property was excellent, very open and designed to allow you to enjoy being outside. The staff were very accommodating as well, and the main buffet had selections that were varied for most tastes. The all inclusive selection was worth the expense, as there were few items that required extra fees. They have many pools, and a private beach area. The beach is not sandy, but small stones, but they are not hard to walk on. I would suggest “aqua socks” if you plan on using the beach. The water is very clean, and they have a beachside bar, as the beach is down the hill from the main hotel, which is a little walk. The only downside at the beach is that there is no “changing room” to change out of your wet swim wear. All in all we would go back, and enjoy this beautiful property again.

Impressive views, drinks and hospitality An incredibly pleasant stay, with great and friendly waiters and bar staff. The room was incredible and had amazing views with a spacious balcony. The food was lovely and had a great variety. Only comment would be that if you're allergic to ingredients it may be difficult to eat in the buffet due to the potential mixing of cutlery and plates. However, we didn't have an issue with this. The pool area was amazing, with impressionable views and a wide variety of drinks that were served regularly. The beach bar was also lovely, out of the way and a nice place to relax with a sun bed and the sound of the ocean. Couldn't have really been improved upon and the staff clearly all work incredibly hard to ensure the vacationers have an outstanding stay.

Es war alles gut. Sehr schöne Anlage. Wunderschöner Infinitypool. Kühles Zimmer bei ausgeschalteten Klimaanlage. Das Wasser wird leider in Plastik verteilt. Das Hotel sollte wiederverwendbare Flaschen verteilen.

Michelangelo For a 5 star rating, i was disappointed. The lack of quality overall from food, drinks and service was very poor. The staff seemed stressed always rushing around and no time to take care of the guests needs. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner, everyone struggled to get a table that was prepared for eating. It was either dirty or not set up. No direction where to sit. Once seated, they would walk past numerous times ignoring any requests. The sunbeds, there are signs posted, to prevent guests reserving them with towels but no one checks and it happens all the time. The Concierge was very unhelpful, as was the front desk, you felt like you were bothering them. I will not recommended this hotel and i wont be going back.
