Kipriotis Aqualand Hotel

The hotel shows signs of being a bit dated in certain areas. That said, the restaurant, housekeeping, and bar staff are fantastic—particularly Husein at the Sophocles Bar and Yannis, who delivered outstanding service. Nachos, Michelle, Olga, and the rest of the team also went above and beyond, doing an excellent job with the resources they had. Unfortunately, the reception experience was very disappointing. As the face of the hotel, the reception staff fell short, displaying a lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

Na wakacje przyjechałem z moją rodziną, super hotel, pokój z pięknym widokiem. Codziennie inne animacje, wieczorami fire show i występy magików, naprawdę nie ma nudy. Na pewno wrócimy do tego hotelu w przyszłości, pozdrawiamy team animacyjny!

So where to begin. Was met with a fair amount of concern's when we originally booked this. Some of them being just while others actually being ok. Firstly we arrived at 1400 local. We were told our room wasn't ready and ended up having to wait till close to 1500. Both the website and the company we booked with stated 1400 so not a great start. The restaurant was also closed on arrival meaning after a long day travelling we were unable to actually anything to eat. Well apart from ice cream. Out room was in the 800 block on the middle floor. We didn't have any bugs or unfriendly visitors during our time. Room provides what is needed but is extremely dated. A physical lock and key required to open and lock the door to your room. There's a tea making facilities, a fridge and a stove which with it being all inclusive felt a little redundant. Beds in our sea view family room consisted of what to me was a queen size bed and 3 couch beds. All single in size. Can only comment about the queen main bed. Which felt very firm and did cause back pain during my visit of 5 days. Room was cleaned daily so no faults there. Infact can't fault the hotels cleanliness as the whole grounds were clean without much much to moan about. Although worth raising hotel uses a tank fed water system. Which by 1700 is empty and only provides cold water. Reception didn't really assist with this matter and overall leads to the hotel screaming for some modernisation. The pools are the main attraction of the hotel and I can't really fault them. 2 main pools, 5 slides and a smaller kids area. Pools offering enough depth. No music around the 2nd pool (closest to the slides) which meant it lacked atmosphere. My concerns however what else is there to do without the pool? There's no real kids play area. No true arcade unless they expect that the one pool table and the ice hockey table with no puck and a punching machine is sufficient (it's not). So unless you just want to drink and swim I would heavily consider looking somewhere else. Food was ok. No major concerns with the quality. Does like variation with the same pork and chips being offered daily. My concern is with the "snack bar" being pre made sandwiches and the odd salad. Forcing you to attend the main restaurant for food. It's not the worst. It's not the best distance to Kos town is around 40 minutes walk or 10 minutes taxi. Hotel offered a minibus however this actually cost more than a taxi? These are obviously just my thoughts on the hotel. There's some good Facebook groups which are a good area to help if you have any questions further.

Don’t accept ground floor rooms- all with ants. Troubled to swap the room next day ( after sleeping in room with an ant nest ) they say 80% rooms have ants because it is normal there !!! Reception staff not very supportive, just one guy Janis who drives shuttle bus there was always ready to help. Bar staff and Restaurant staff looked like they hated working there. Great entertainment at evening, but sometimes very busy and too loud.

Ogólnie hotel super, świetne jedzenie i czyste pokoje. Codziennie różne animacje, rzutki dla dzieciaków i water polo dla dorosłych. Co wieczor inne show na scenie, nie ma na pewno nudy jeśli przyjedziecie z dziećmi. Polecamy ten hotel i pozdrawiamy Olge i Nacho!

Lovely hotel for children 2 pools 5 water slides room. Very spacious but could do with being updated steep hill up to some rooms quite isolated hotel in hills beach close by but not very good food was good on evening but breakfast was not it was quite cold about 10 euro in taxi to kos town which had plenty of bars and restaurants would I go again no because nothing close by hotel staff were friendly especially elder gentleman behind bar
