Rooms have poor decor and out of date with bad plumbing and have insects rooms only cleaned every third day never a Saturday only one bottle of water on arrival in the room not a welcoming room to be in and when we arrived the beds were not even made ! Lack of staff to help with taking cases to the room Food tasteless and much the same daily Too loud music in the pool area One bar inside which turns into a Childrens playground and mini disco at 830 6 nights a week till late If you like a 1950’s holiday camp this is the place for you

Ok where to start, the first impressions are good the hotel reception and check in was OK, then we had to walk about 700 yards with heavy luggage to our room then up 2 flights of stairs not good at our age, the rooms are severally dated but fairly clean, no coffee cups supplied, but they give you coffee and a kettle strange that, the bed where comfy enough but always 2 singles pushed together, they only emptied the bin and gave you towels, the bed linen was never changed, the pool areas and pool bar are fantastic , George the bartender is brilliant nothing is to much trouble for him, the entertainment staff are also fantastic doing the best they can with the limited facilities they have, normally just trying to get you drunk. Then we move on to the evening entertainment which is ok , just to many really drunk people that get very loud and abusive , also people vaping indoors around kids which is wrong,not enough seating for everyone and the hotel was only half full when we was here, Then you move onto the food , the breakfast was pretty good to be fair , proper English I had no problems there, the lunch time menu if you went to the gyros place was ok decent burgers and gyros and chips, if you wanted to eat in the buffet restaurant for lunch just a bit of advice don't, all the food burgers pizza was all stone cold and vile , it's the only place I've had cold mash potato, then we move onto the evening food or at least I think it was food , absolutely disgusting can be the words that come to mind, we even feed the cats and they wouldn't eat it , so pretty much lived on ice cream at night, you couldn't even class it as soup kitchen, The beach area has a lot of potential but at the moment not enough bed chairs down there infact we counted 13 total , and the surroundings looked like Beirut To some it up for what you pay it's ok, the drinks are ok , the cocktails are fairly limited and very weak, but the larger is ok So for me it was butlins in the sun and for the money ok, needs a lot of work to bring it up to a 4 star hotel , at best a 3 star and I'm being generous there, the entertainment staff and George the bartender make it ok First and last time I will be back

Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie hier. Het hotel en de service is ontzettend goed. We willen Betty van het restaurant bedanken voor de geweldige service. Zij is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het eten is ook fantastisch. We hebben gevraagd om een mooie kamer en kregen een kamer gelijk aan het zwembad echt fantastisch. Volgend jaar komen we zeker terug, of misschien in September al.

Dieses Hotel war super, vor allem der Service mit Betty im Restaurant und bei allen speziellen Anl@ssen war war Beety eine perfekte Ansprechpartner für alle Gelegenheiten!!!! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel wirklich gerne weiter, sie sind als Hotel team super!!!!

We have just come home from the most wonderful 12 days here! If I’m being really honest, I never write reviews and the reason I am writing one is because I feel this hotel has received some bad reviews in which it truly does not deserve. My family and I were really concerned about coming here before we did due to the reviews and even tried to cancel. I am so glad we did not! The staff went above and beyond every single day. Whatever you need, they have it and if they don’t they will get it for you. Everywhere was clean and the rooms were cleaned with fresh towels and bed sheets every single day. The food was delicious and always had so many choices. My mum is gluten free and each night the chef made sure he walked her around the buffet letting her know what she could eat and she always had loads of choices. The chef would even cook my mum fresh pasta, muffins and cookies on request. Betty in the restaurant was amazing and would always bring her out a special plate of goodies without us even asking. The bar staff were also amazing and always made whatever you wanted and always remembered your round of drinks! The entertainment staff were amazing and kept our children entertained all the time and always interacted with them each time they saw them. My children never normally go to kids club but they couldn’t wait to keep going back to this one! The lifeguards were amazing and had their eye on every single person in the pool every minute of the day. We even noticed that they would walk close by to any young child who was near the deep end of the pool to steer them away from the edge, even though this is the parents job to do, they were always looking out for them. They also interacted with the children around the pool and slides making sure everyone was safe and happy! everyone seemed to be going the extra mile for the guests each day. The spa ladies were really lovely and even went around the pools offering sun cream to guests. A special shout out to Giwrgos the life guard Apostolos the Barman, Betty in the restaurant, and Simona from the entertainment team! It was honestly such a gorgeous stay here and we have made memories to last a life time! To put in perspective too, we always go to lovely 4-5 star hotels on our holidays and this was just as good hands down!! Do not believe the bad reviews I truly believe this is an injustice to this hotel and its staff!
