Eurovillage Achilleas Hotel

We have stayed in this hotel in October 2024. We had a family room, it was lovely, very spacious, clean, modern, cant fault a thing about it! I have read that some people were complaining about a long check in but its not as bad, I had to complete forms on a tablet but didn't take me that long. We were all inclusive - food was fine, quite a lot to choose from, not a huge choice of desserts but still - balaclavas, some other desserts, ice cream. Tea/coffee is only available at breakfast time which was a bit disappointing as I would have loved to have a coffee at around lunch time too. I wasn't a fan of soft drinks available, some of them had a very weird taste, a proper juice would have been nice. No water available in the rooms and there were signs that you can't fill your bottles from the taps in a restaurant. All inclusive should have water available at all times in my opinion! Gyros from the pool bar is amazing, we loved it! Pools, also the kids one was absolutely freezing! We loved 2 staff members who worked in a food hall - they were so nice towards our little one but sadly I forgot their names, a lovely man who always had a smile on his face and a young lady who was just lovely. My parents stayed in a different hotel which was 5*, we did visit them and all I can say our room was definitely way more better than theirs even though our hotel is 4*. Taxi from the airport is 20 euros, you can also ask the reception to book a taxi for you to go back to the airport, if you do it in advance they charge a bit more 22 or 23 euros but taxi was right on time and had a very friendly driver! We did walk to the nearby town, took around 20-30 minutes. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely return to this hotel!

The stay was alright. In the end they wanted us to charge mor for the drinks we consumed and could not find the receipts which was really impolite. The room itself was alright. The beach was nice. We did not eat there we always went out.

Avoid The hotel looks great on the website. And it is an attractive resort, next to a fabulous beach. However, it was a mistake to select Half Board, as we were very disappointed with the food, which we thought was not clean, and they have a problem with flies in the restaurant. We found mould on some bread which my daughter ate at the poolside bar. My mother-in-law got sick which we suspect was from the food. My daughter also got sick the following day. We gave our feedback to the management but they didn't seem to care. We decided to skip the evening meals thereafter (even though we had already paid for them) and did evening trips to nearby towns instead. The shower head in our room was rusty. There was a bees nest right outside our door (in an inside corridor) etc. Given we had such a bad experience, we checked out 1 night early (hence lost our money on that night) and flew back home a day early too.

Perfect! The stay in a Windmill Bungalow was one of the best accomodations ever for me. Beds very confortable. The balcony in the 1st floor is just a dream.

Schöne all.incl. Anlage direkt am Meer Weitläufige gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer. 2 Liegen mit Schirm für 7Euro ist o.k., incl. fanatischen Sonnenuntergang. Einen noch schöneren Ausblick bietet die ca. 200 M. Tarverne Dophin Bay mit guten Cocktails und griechischen Essen. Gute Auswahl an Speisen und das übliche All Inklusive Getränke Angebot. Schneller guter Service. Allerdings etwas ab vom Ort. Mietwagen sollte man schon nehmen, wenn man nicht nur in der Anlage sein will.
