We use special top mattresses to ensure there’s no gap in the middle, so it’s possible that something was not properly aligned during your stay. If this had been reported to our staff, we would have been happy to fix it immediately.As for your repeated mention of the “budget” aspect, we’re unsure what specific issue you’re referring to, since your review describes everything as satisfactory. We're sorry that the train station seemed far away - we are placed only 20 minutes by walk from the main train station in Krakow but we understand that some Guests need it to be even closer.
