Hidden ChargeFor your information,we actually do not have any hidden charge unless extra services are added.The extra charge is due to an upgrade from shared bathroom to private bathroom. Extra charges shall be applied when there is an extra guest as well as the need for extra mattresses.2. Cash paymentWe accept payments through online transactions via third-party booking platforms,but online payment does not apply to deposit for rooms and sudden additional services requested offline. The deposit paid in cash will be returned during check out. We will try to improve this issue in the future for better customer experience.3. SurroundingsOur aim is to provide a comfortable stay to guests at an affordable price and we try to provide the best service and facilities at an economic price range. We apologise if we could not provide the best experience up to your expectations,we will improve our services and facilities for better customer experience.
