首先進房間檢查下床單和枕套吧!我的房間100%沒給我換,污漬是新鮮的,不是洗不掉的。有口紅印和頭油味。反反覆覆弄了兩個小時才給我換掉。第二天又幫我換了一遍,謝謝你了,對於有補償意識的服務,我心領了。我住了三天,被安排了最下面的房間,窗外對着對面的窗,有點不滿意,想要付費升級也被告知沒房間了。我三天都不好拉開窗簾,太難受了。早餐還可以,該有的都有。電梯也很快,服務員也都很有禮貌,總體來説還可以。

Very good service and we managed to upgrade our second night booking without additional charge. strategic location with even welcoming drink and food at lobby during check in time. Breakfast buffet is very good and I enjoyed it very much. Strongly recommended.

Booked a 2 night stay for a staycation after reading good reviews about it. The location is just a few minutes walk frm Jalan Alor and within walking distance from places like Lot 10, Sungai Wang, Lalaport, Changkat Bukit Bintang and others. Room was big comfortable and toilet was clean. My only complain would probably be that there was no hanger for the hand towel and hanging it on the wall is inconvenient after washing hands. Overall, much recommended if you are looking for a comfortable hotel that won't dent the wallet too much.

酒店優點:去打卡地都挺近,服務態度很好,很貼心送入住小零食,整體很乾凈,入住的房間不臨街,樓層高所以外面不吵 有一些小問題:空調有點吵,即使是最小風。早餐不那麼豐富,但是服務人員還是用心了。浴衣上有洗不掉的紅色漬,看着有點不舒服

位置好近亞羅街,走路可到,樓下有兩間便利店,附近有按摩,也有榴槤,出行也很方便,只是阿羅街比較塞車,房間很大,洗手間的枱面有充足位置,唯一最需要改善的,就是入住4晚 ,有2晚是毛巾不足的,第一天入住時已經是7pm, 但check in時前台說房間毛巾須後補,但晚飯回來後已10pm 房間裏還是一條毛巾也沒有。其他服務及室內環境尚算滿意,性價比高。
