Fast check-in at the hotel. Good view of the TRX as the room is facing the mall. Room was not cleaned on the eve of check-out. Guess housekeeping may have forgotten to clean again🙄.

Don’t book unless you need the space for families. Dirty and unclean with stains mark on walls, counter tops and flies in the apartment. Toilet has a foul smell likely from bad drainage piping. Only location and size of unit is good.

We one big group with 15 members arrive early at 1.30pm but can’t early check in. So we go nearby 铭记粥品to eat lunch. After finish our lunch then we go for checking.
Con’s:
One of our room aircon remote control is spoiled. So the aircon maintenance at 18 degree for whole night. In the next day they just help us change it after we feedback.
Toilet seat is a bit dirty and smelly.
Pro:
A lot of free facilities like pool, game. Suitable for family with kids.

Past stays at Tribeca were good but not till recently. Both TVs in the living room and master bedroom not working upon check-in. Master bedroom aircon not cold. Took almost 3hrs for the male staff to solve the issues but unsuccessful. Requested for a change of room but the female front office staff kept saying no rooms available and will speak to her manager on this. Booked a room consisting of 1 king bed and 1 queen bed but she suggested to change to a room with 1 king bed and 1 single bed with a mattress. She expected one of us to sleep in the living room on the mattress! I requested to speak to the manager on this but she kept putting it off. She mentioned her manager, Mr Wong left for the day. After 3hrs later, she has found 2 rooms that were available and on the same floor next to each other. We have no choice but to stay separately. While she arranged to do so, we went for late dinner but after we came back to the hotel, we found that the rooms given to us were on separate floors which add on to our frustration further.
On the next day, couldn't find any manager on duty to highlight on my issues. Requested my room to be cleaned and have my towels changed to 2 staff at the reception. But, to my dismay, my room was not cleaned at all. Called the staff and was told that the morning staff that I spoke too may have forgotten to inform Housekeeping. Upon my checkout, was notify that Mr Wong is the Housekeeping Manager on duty on the day that I checked-in. I don't understand why the female staff who considered a senior staff and have experience refered me to the Housekeeping Manager instead of the Front Ofc Manager to resolve my issues. So disappointed of such treatment received from staff who are lacked of customer service and EQ😠
