酒店服務很好，早餐豐富，中餐廳不比國內差。

這個酒店是我見過最垃圾的酒店，差到也是我唯一一個會來寫差評的酒店，處理問題完全就是一坨狗屎。重複訂單的情況下，完全忽視有問題存在得訂單，放着正常訂單不用，用有問題的 沒處理好的訂單。賺錢吃相太難看了。續費也續的亂七八糟，胡亂收費。這麼大酒店跟沒見過錢一樣。處理售後簡直垃圾。真不知道怎麼上的榜單。有問題不處理問題，也不溝通，不管什麼直接拒絕。想錢想瘋了吧。 This hotel is the most rubbish hotel I have ever seen, and it is so bad that it is the only hotel that will write bad reviews. In the case of duplicate orders, completely ignore the orders with problems, leave the normal orders without use, and use the problematic orders that have not been processed. Dealing with after-sales service is simply rubbish. I really don't know how to get on the list. If there is a problem, don't deal with the problem, don't communicate, and refuse directly no matter what. You are crazy about money.

唉被子太潮濕了 可能因為氣候原因吧 早餐很豐盛 水果種類也多 樓下可以直通klcc 方便出行 看我們是中國人會讓會中文的人員來和我們溝通 基本上有什麼需求 酒店都會立馬響應 我們打不開酒店的水 也來幫忙開了 速度很快😂
