I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. I'd like to share some specific concerns:
1. Staff Responsiveness -The staff was often unresponsive and slow to attend to requests.
2. Management-The management seemed ineffective in addressing issues.
3. Information Availability-There was a lack of clear information about hotel services and amenities.
4. Amenities- Although the hotel's details mentioned amenities like a gym, lounge, gaming zone, and steam room, these were inaccessible to non-tenants. This discrepancy between advertised services and actual availability was disappointing.
5. Deposit Refund-The deposit refund process was slow and cumbersome, especially compared to the immediate collection of deposits.
6. Emergency Support-The hotel's service hours were limited, and emergency support was unavailable after 1 pm.
7. Room Maintenance-Some items in the room were broken, and the towel was torn.
8. Housekeeping-The room was not cleaned daily as expected.
9. Overall Experience-Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel.
10. Service Limitations-The hotel's limited service hours were attributed to it not being a traditional hotel.
11. Customer Support-The customer support team was inconsistent, with new staff members responding to queries without referencing previous conversations.
12. Recommendation-Based on these issues, I would advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering a stay at this hotel.
