Despite the price is steeper but I found it reasonable due to the strategic location for its walking distance to many high rated eateries and malls (3 min to TRX and 7 min to Pavillion). The cleanliness of every corner in the room is well maintained and the rooms have access to filtered water from taps. The toilet bowl comes with the automated bidet and the shampoo, conditioner and shower gels smell very nice too. The view from the roof top pool and gym room is amazing! The breakfast tastes nice too. However, just two areas for improvement I feel. One is the varieties of the breakfast could be improved and one of the treadmills in the gym room appeared to be too shaky for a safe run. Other than these twos, we basically enjoyed the stay and will wish to come back again in the future.

Capri by Fraser strategically located near Pavilion and TRX Exchange. It’s also near win heng seng and a 7/11. It’s clean, enough space and reasonable price. We loving it!

Everything of the hotel is good. Clean, staff good service and friendly. Will stay here again for future trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Traveling with family can be challenging especially when checking into four rooms but the front desk was quick, friendly and efficient. Full disclosure I also stayed next door in their competition, Dorsett. The facilities are of the same standard and quality from my point of view. However, the Dorsett Hotel was able to accommodate requests to have family on the same floor and provided a complimentary gift in our room. Our stay: The Capri rooms are clean and housekeeping did a good job. All four rooms were clean and provided a lovely place away from home. I will mention that the AC in the hallways and elevators wasn't working. But that's not a deal-breaking. If I had to look with a critical eye I would recommend that the accommodation really up their Breakfast game. It could benefit from a larger range of selection and avoid making eggs and leaving them out to get cold. Maybe some people like theirs cold but I for one would rather have it freshly made and hot. Although the breakfast was a disappointment the rooms and service at the front desk staff made up for this. FYI: the key cards stop working after 12 o clock on check out and keep your receipt safe so that you can get the refund of your deposit. All in all, my family enjoyed their stay and time at this place.
