Room is spacious as at Sofitel standard, check in was only available past 3 pm, unfortunately. Breakfast varieties could be more which is a bit disappointed.

Location was good for my needs are its not in central KL area. Much to be desired on cleanliness, trash on floor not being picked up by 2 consecutive house keeping, dissapointing.

Booked a 3 night stay at Sofitel and for the first two nights, we were in a room where the sink was blocked and the bath tub continuously leaks water. It was very inconvenient traveling with a baby.  The hotel is kind of linked to an arcade with barely anything in it except for a grocery store. It is within walking distance to another larger mall, but I think that mall is newly developed so a lot of shops still hasn’t opened. Unless you have something to do in that area, I suggest staying in KLCC as a tourist.

酒店很大，房間很大，雖然住客很多，但服務也算ok。地點雖然不在遊客區，但就商務客來說，也都方便。早餐有點太重口味，希望能增加清淡菜式。

The hotel is amazing in every aspect. As a tourist, the hotel is convenient as it is a 20-min taxi to basically every attraction within the city center.

酒店電話是壞的，一通電話30秒1分鐘或者20秒就會斷線，酒店沖涼液用完，客房也沒有換，打電話去上來的同事竟然不會換，客房也沒有換，打電話去上來的同事竟然不會換（因為要開鎖只能换补充装那種）一個五星級酒店竟然沒有沐浴露的Sample，凌晨五點洗個澡都這麼累，來的員工又不脫鞋搞到廁所都是腳印。浴室門關不緊會漏水，說是找工程來修，一整個下午都沒有來。
