Le meridian club floor room is a disappointment . When I checked I first the room was small and had to pay additional 150 rm for a slightly bigger room The amenities are good but the customer service from the rooftop needs to improved . I had arrived at 10.39 and requested for food and all they can say is the kitchen. Is closed Such for a rooftop bar is something that is appaling as the bar closes at 12 I am definitely going back to Sheraton wheee the service is beyond good

Friendly and helpful staff. However the room conditions is a bit run down for a hotel under Bonvoy Marriot and the price.. Floor were dusty.

Strategically located above Paradigm mall, super convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and attentive, one of the best hotels in PJ area.

On April 20, hotel staff *falsely claimed a smoke alarm* to gain entry to my room, later admitting this was done at police request without a proper warrant (see attached email from GM Chris Moore). Key failures: 1️⃣ **Fraudulent Entry** - Staff lied about a fire hazard, a potentially dangerous misuse of safety protocols 2️⃣ **Privacy Violation** - Granted police room access without verifying the legality of their request 3️⃣ **Guest Endangerment** - Facilitated an interrogation that led to my wrongful arrest The GM's response confirms they: • Knew police had no warrant initially • Instructed staff to deceive me • Failed to protect guest rights I warn all guests: This property will *sacrifice your safety* to appease authorities. Their "luxury" branding masks shocking disregard for basic rights. They even instructed me to close case and end the matter.

Overall a pleasant stay. However need to remind your housekeeping to open their shoes when entering the room…even in the bathroom he wears his shoes…
