The hotel is very easy to locate, and very friendly toward those who use public transportation since it’s right next to Bukit Nanas LRT station. Room is very clean and new with modern equipment and the skypool is nothing but a wonder! We had great time in the pool!

We had a great experience overall with these apartments. The location is excellent — central, safe, and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious, well-furnished, and clean, with a great layout and a beautiful view. It’s a comfortable place to stay, and everything worked well throughout our time there. One thing we would like to note, however, is the 300 MYR cash deposit that was requested upon arrival. While we completely understand the need for a deposit — and it was fairly returned upon checkout — it would have been much better if this had been communicated clearly in advance. Not everyone carries cash, and in our case, it created an inconvenience as we had to leave to withdraw money right after checking in. A simple heads-up beforehand would have solved this. Other than that, everything was smooth, and we’d gladly stay here again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Sunway Putra Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom was equipped with high-quality toiletries. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay. One of the major highlights is the hotel’s location. It’s directly connected to the Sunway Putra Mall, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, it’s close to the PWTC LRT station, which made getting around the city easy. The facilities are top-notch – especially the infinity pool with city views and the well-equipped gym. Breakfast at the Coffee House was varied and delicious, with both local and international options available. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend Sunway Putra Hotel. It’s a great blend of comfort, convenience, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a great experience. One day before my arrival, the hotel contacted me via WhatsApp to explain the check-in process, which was helpful. For guests driving in, they will assign a fixed parking lot on the day itself . After parking, we had to go up to Level 51 to check in, which was a bit confusing at first. The process felt slightly complicated, but once we got through it, everything else went smoothly. Our room was on the 49th floor and had a stunning view facing the Petronas Twin Towers—definitely a highlight! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping is available between 4 PM and 7 PM, and they also check in via WhatsApp to see if you need service, which was convenient. The swimming pool isn't very big, but it's beautifully located with a direct view of the Twin Towers—great for photos and relaxing. Aside from the slightly complex check-in process, everything else was excellent. I would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to others looking for a nice stay with a fantastic view.

I love love love Doubletree By Hilton KL so much. Every year I will come here for my Birthday Celebration all the way from Penang. I love the hospitality and the give complimentary birthday cake and decoration upon request. This time I noticed the Buffet Breakfast was really nice. I enjoyed the idli and coconut churney so delicious. The half boiled eggs was perfectly cooked. All the pastries was delicious. This time I noticed they serve fresh honeycombe abd yup I didnt know there are chines breakfast section at another side of the restaurant. So I tried everything bit by bit and really happy with the delicious foods. Really worth to book hotel with breakfast this time yeahh happy tummy 😝😝 Strategically located on top of Intermark Mall making itvreally convenient for guest to shop and find foods downstairs. The LRT and MRT station just stone thrown away what else you could ask from a perfect Hotel like this? Perfect for organizing events and business trips too. And yes this is the most affordable 5 star hotel in KLCC area. Wishing Doubletree KL all the best and YES definitely will come back soon 🥰

Perfect stay for a business trip in KL to attend meetings in and around town. Best part about the location is that across the road is the KL Central station. You have access to almost all the public transport options from here!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. It’s perfect for families. One of the best things about this location is its proximity to major attractions, all within walking distance or just a short ride away. That means you can easily avoid traffic jams and save money on parking fees, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and comfort during their trip!

We are two families of 7pax going for a weekend overnight outing. We checked in an Airbnb with 4.95 rating and to our horror the place smells like sewerage, human waste in toilet bowl, curtain falls of rail, stained bedsheet etc all the horrible things you can think of. It was a nightmare, definitely not a 4.95 experience. We left the place in disgust and in the hurry to find new place to stay, by luck we found this gem online. Mind you we stayed in many of the 4-5* hotels in the kl golden triangle area and i don’t know why we never thought of Ascott KL even though we frequent Ascott Penang. The other hotels were good, but for the size of my company, this place is perfect! Some may say the design is from the last season, but we don’t mind it at all. Its clean, has great facilities, spacious, absent from foul odour even in the toilet. That’s all we ask for! Shoutout to the team especially Ms Shahira who listens to our story sympathetically and went above and beyond to turn our disastrous day back into an enjoyable one. We’d probably return soon!

The room was big , but only two towel, room cleaning need to make an appointment via WhatsApp... and Walter they also Not give free...only If you als for . breakfast is really Not OK for the price they charging. and the workers there told me during Check in in the Same building is Hotel named face suit and the rooms i booked He conpare me Like AirBNB ...that was the First Stück for the Service and housekeeping person... they Not come by them self . Aircondition is to much loud. i would Not reccomand this place If you are used to have better rooms for this price .
