There are welcome fruits after check-in, free mini bar, rich categories, bottled tea, brewed tea, drip coffee, a bottle of beer (I forgot others), these two services can reach the international five-star level. Before check-in, there is a phone call to inform the parking lot address, and after arriving at the store, hot tea is delivered and the room type is upgraded (although it was not informed at check-in, I found it after I moved in). But there are two suggestions: 1. Since good night oat milk is provided, it is recommended that guests who have not checked in at a certain time in the evening can contact to confirm whether the guests need to provide it, and reserve it in advance. 2. It is obvious that the guests have drunk alcohol before arriving at the store. It is recommended to be more discerning and prepare honey lemon tea for them directly, instead of standardized ordinary welcome hot tea. This detail should be the difference between Atour and other international chain hotels, but it is not done. Environment: Located opposite the popular Yuantong Temple, it is a good choice for those who love to burn incense. The upgraded room has a courtyard, and the environment is better. But the sound insulation is not good. At 6:30, the neighbor started to use water and open the courtyard door. The noise was very loud and I was woken up, which was very unpleasant. Facilities: The bedding is really very comfortable. The bed is large, with moderate hardness and softness. It is not too soft to cause deep sinking. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. There are many styles of pillows, the bedding fabric is firm and soft, and the skin feels good. The overall feeling is better than most international five-star hotels. This is a big thumbs up! The facilities in the room basically meet the requirements. It would be better if two cotton pads could be added to the care set. There is no parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is a big deduction. After parking the car, you have to drag your luggage for about four or five minutes, and you have to cross the road. It is very inconvenient, which is a big deduction, enough to cause you not to choose this hotel next time.

The environment is very good, and the distance from Kunming Station and Dianchi Lake is also moderate. The room was very intimate to prepare a variety of drinks and disposable toilet seats. When I went to see Haitang, the front desk lady helped us store our luggage and prepared water for us! The next stop is full of vitality!

I happened to encounter a change of sky and cooling on a business trip to Kunming, but this hotel gave me a warm experience. The room is quite large and clean and comfortable; a bowl of warm porridge and side dishes at night is very soothing to the stomach of the day. The younger brother and sister at the front desk were thoughtful and considerate, and the check-in procedures were fast; I just sat down with my colleagues in the lobby to discuss some things, and a cup of warm tea was delivered to my hand immediately; When I left the store, the young lady at the front desk didn't forget to take a bottle of warm mineral water and let me take it on the road to drink... The meticulous and thoughtful service is the most touching. Like 👍!

Great location, with two food streets nearby that are lively at night. Surrounded by many shopping malls. Sufficient space to put two huge luggages and still walk around with ease. There’s a free supper buffet available (porridge), and drinks available all the time. Bed was a little hard but you get two pillow choices. If you’re a light sleeper just know that this is a very lively area so the sounds of cars can still be heard around midnight. Nonetheless the location trumps all!

The location is very good, three minutes walk from the subway station, Kunming Old Street Cuihu is also not far away, travel is particularly convenient ～ Breakfast is very rich, the hotel front desk and cleaning aunt are also very good and very warm, it is a very pleasant experience!

Hotel is a bit far from nearest train station but getting a cab on the street is super easy! It is close to major shopping/food areas and cab fare is very reasonable. Room and lobby are clean, breakfast is delicious and service is great! Ms Chan Yi at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped us with many questions we had. The morning shift lady at the laundry room was very nice as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The pillows and mattresses in the room are excellent. I usually have poor sleep quality, but I slept very well this time. The interior of the hotel is also very stylish, with many small details that are very considerate. The small lights at the head of the bed are also very convenient. There are drinks and snacks in the indoor refrigerator. Comfortable bathrobes are provided, which are very soft to the touch. The front desk reception is also very patient, providing warm water and New Year gift boxes. Because of the stay before the New Year, breakfast was also given and the check-out time was extended. I am very satisfied!

High floor and good view as we can see Changshui Airport night view from our room. Large comfortable bed, instant water heater and well ventilation system at toilet area. Hotel also provides free industry type washing machine and dryer that does help expedite washing and drying efficiency. Never seen this type of washing machine in other hotel. Free supper and free flow of coffee available at 24 hours. There is morning call that ensure that we don’t miss our flight and breakfast in balance diet is well prepared for us to eat on the plane. For traveller that need short stay, I strongly recommend one to stay.

Very pleasantly surprised, there is a nightingale at ten o'clock in the evening, there are many types, wontons, dumplings, rice noodles, etc., great, the hotel service is also superb, every employee I met is very enthusiastic, and I also sent a New Year gift when I left the store. It’s worth it.
