還可以。房間紙不夠用，還好我帶了。晚上可以看煙花。就是周邊沒有大型購物廣場，沒哪裡購物。房間還有那麼大，小區環境好，乾淨，大，清凈。樓下吃飯一條街，吃飯很方便。喜歡陽台，視野開闊。週六，週日晚上看煙花很美。

小區很安靜，附近吃的地方多，離温泉和七彩雲南都很近，適合在附近遊玩時住。提供一次性浴巾和毛巾牙刷，很方便，美中不足的是主卧衞生間沒有洗髮水沐浴露，需到公衞拿

衞生：床單上，枕套上有頭髮，有明顯的污漬，發黃，衞生間馬桶蓋上也是有黃色的不明污漬。
設施：有一間房間的床墊一躺上去就塌了一樣，凹下去！
服務：第一次遇到不主動聯繫客人的民宿

三點半到的，衞生沒有打掃，很臟很亂，和房東反應他和我説理解一下，那誰理解我，本準備到房間好好休息的，都不打掃衹能出去玩了，出租房的配套，和房東説這個價格配不上服務，要求降價也不理，服務很差，入住體驗不好，留下來的原因是懶得去找了，一次性拖鞋都沒有，我是覺得325的價格根本不值，不推薦入住

這次春節出行訂的這家民宿真的非常不錯，小區環境優雅，房間收拾的乾淨温馨，廚房也可以自己做飯，廚房收拾的很乾凈，一家人在這個温馨的房間裏度過了一個愉快的除夕夜，房東特別好，有什麼問題都能及時的回覆並提供幫助！下一次再到昆明還要再住這裏！
