Yunji Xingfeng Hotel (Kunming High Speed Rail South Station Liandajie Subway Station Branch)

Firstly poor service as we need remind verbally to tidy room everyday of our stay. Even need to tell them what we want like change towels clean up room. Poor service. Not at all intelligent as they claimed. On first day we arrived at 3.30 am of 30th July for stay till 2 Aug. I asked the young girl at counter whether I need pay if I check in earlier she said no charges and happily with the lady boss gave us the room card. So we assume it was nice on their part to let us check in without charges. However on 1st Aug they called at 3.10pm to ask us to check out or we pay up for 1 extra day at current market price. Argued over phone and we rushed back from the stone forest 1.5 hours away. Immediately lady boss n her husband bombarded us and dun give us chance to speak n explain. I told them I remembered vividly we asked at the time we checked in about charges. Lady boss said that girl is new as a reason so they are not aware. Need to pay for a day stay. No choice with no room we had to pay them. All they want is money but never admit that the new girl did not know n gave wrong info. Never going to this place ever again the lady boss is fierce and service in hotel is poor.

The hotel is new and mordern. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, with close proximity to the subway and the Kunming Nan station.

It is newly renovated, things are new and comfy. Excellent location to Mrt in less than 10 mins.

Great location. A short 200-300m walk from exit C of Lianda Street 联大街 metro station. Hotel was one of several occupying the second block along the main road. Look for 顺瑞酒店, second shop along the block from the direction of the metro. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Right in front of hotel are convenient stores and shops selling food. There's a night market at the opposite corner of the block. In the morning, 昆明南 Kunming South high-speed train station is 10-15minutes, two stations away on metro Line 4. Check out was fast, counter staff was present the whole night, just return the key card and go.
