Good service and location.
However, toilet area has a musky smell. Most likely due to overall ventilation.
Overall, still a pleasant stay with great service staff.

The hotel has a great location within walking distance to Kunming’s old streets. However, taxis can’t enter the alley directly to the hotel, so you may need to walk a short distance. The staff speaks English, which made check-in and getting information very smooth. Cleanliness is okay—nothing exceptional but acceptable for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant experience.

The room is big and hotel was accommodating to our requests. Only not so good is they do not have any baby cots, even though it was supposed to be child friendly hotel.
Rooms are relatively new and clean.
However breakfast can be better if they do change their menu on daily basis. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. All 3 days breakfast were the same. Otherwise the spread of food was alright and not bad.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles Hotel in Kunming. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure our needs were met and it felt like we were at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Not to mention, the location is very convenient and is within walking distance to the Nanping Road and Old Streets of Kunming. We will definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend everyone stay at Ibis Kunming!

It's a Good hotel in a decent location. It's kind of walkable to pedestrian streets and food street, but not very close. Also, it's roughly ~500 meters to the Metro station.
A lot of overseas travellers than local ones since it's a well-known brand across. Kind of busy when compared to other hotels.
Staff at the front desk was very helpful with our deliveries and orders. Also with our Laundries and luggages.
Rooms are Clean but small when compared to other rooms i stayed in China for this price point.

We have great stay, the location is good and the room are clean and big.. Check in and Check Out are very fast and all hotel staffs are very friendly and supportive.

We had an amazing time during our stay at the hotel. A couple things that fall short though, one of the rooms we checked in didn’t have an automatic
toilet which we asked to change the room and the staff was happy to help. Secondly, a hair dryer wasn’t working so they had to switch ours with a beside room’s one. Overall the hotel is clean and not too far from the Nan ping jie road. Hotel’s staffs gave us a gift as an apology for the inconvenience.

Excellent location, just next to Jinbi square and walking distance to Nanoing street.
The room is clean, sheets also neatly done, room temperature is well controlled, most importantly the front desk ladies are helpful and in good attitude.

Very nice room and super close to the main road. Easier for Muslim traveller to go to shuncheng street where the Muslim shop lot are. The staff are friendly. They even let us store the luggage and rest before heading back to the airport. Recommend for long or short stay 👍👍👍
