The hostel is ok for make a night close to the Kunming Railway South Station for a transfer. Just 15 minutes walking away from the Station.
Some maps don't show the exact location, it could be not easy to find. It is better to have a screenshot of it on google maps before got to China.
It is not luxury at all. But you get what you paid for.

It's ok for spending one or two nights while waiting for a train, but as the main hotel in the city I wouldn't recommend...
