Kunming Panlong District Hotels

This is the fourth time I come back to this hotel, and if I do it's because I really like it. This time I've been lucky because I've been upgraded to a suite, indeed excellent. As far as I know this is considered a four star hotel, but in my opinion it borders with a five star one.  Staff is very professional and breakfast is great, there is a nice buffet with a huge variety of choices, also Western. Of course I certainly recommend it.

My family trully enjoy the breakfast with delicious spread of foods . The Chef patiently explain the freshness of local produce in the making of the food. We are impressed by the excellent service of the staffs of the Front Desk , especially mentiond Jerry & Aniya for putting their extra effort in helping us during our stay in the Hotel for 3 nights. We sincerely recommend anyones who look for good & comfortable stay & excellent service !

The hotel was excellent. Very newly furnished, comfortable beds and other top notch amenities. The breakfast had many selections with a variety of local dishes prepared with care. The food quality was excellent. They also had a cloths washing area with 4 machines that was complimentary. Located just steps away from line 4 Bailong Road and near Line 5 Shizha with lots of restaurants close by. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kunming again.

The property is very modern, facilities such as washing machine and dryer are brand new. Staff are very helpful and well trained. We’re given free upgrade to an enormous room. Overall, it’s a good transit hotel to the airport and value for money.

I stayed at Atour Light for 3 nights with my family and we had such a comfortable stay! The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable, we could choose from different pillows, the shower was spacious and hot, a minibar with free drinks and nuts (and restocked every day!), tea, slippers etc! Our room was cleaned every day. The price for the breakfast buffet (48Y per adult) is very reasonable. We were so surprised to find so many western foods at breakfast. The kids especially loved the fresh waffles and juice! The staff of the hotel (reception, cleaners, breakfast, all of them!) were so patient, kind but also very thoughtful. We haven’t come across this in other hotels in China. I was really happy with the free laundry room, it’s very convenient! My husband went to the gym every day. It is small but efficient. Last but not least a big thank you to the girls at reception that helped me to print a few pages and also let us have a late check-out (14.00) without additional cost. I highly recommend this hotel! We hope to be back one day.

I am a Chinese-American from California and invited my sisters travel along with me . We had a wonderful stay in this Home2 Hilton, panlong, Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is so clean, room service is available any time upon request, everyone is so nice with beautiful smiles always. We especially loved the breakfast, lots varieties, both Chinese style and western food, What impressed me most was that the employees in the restaurant are very warm and considerable. They know we love the flower pastry and even let us take out some on our last day there. I am grateful I stayed there and will come back next time.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Kunming Botanical Garden and next to Yunnan Agricultural University. The environment of the Agricultural University is not inferior to that of the Botanical Garden, with green trees and a good place for walking. Although the hotel is a certain age, it is well maintained and does not feel old at all. It is clean and tidy. The flower arrangements and landscape shapes everywhere are very artistic. The service is also very good. Every employee I met greeted me with a smile. I especially want to praise the housekeeper Xiao Yang. The thoughtful service left us a good impression. He arranged fruit yogurt on time every day and kept asking us if we needed anything. After a day, we seemed to have become old friends. We couldn't help but greet each other enthusiastically when we met, because I felt that Xiao Yang wanted to provide us with better service from the bottom of his heart. This sincerity is something I have never felt in other hotels. In addition, the hotel restaurant is really delicious and highly recommended. For this reason, we stayed for another day.

The room is very clean and the price is affordable, suitable for affordable travel accommodation. It is located on Dongfeng Road, the main road in the old city. It is a very old hotel. There is a large parking lot at the entrance. You can park for free if you stay overnight. If you don't stay overnight, parking is 80 yuan per day. It is very convenient to eat and shop nearby. It is only a few hundred meters away from Wuyi Road Station of Metro Line 3, making travel convenient.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The environment is simple and elegant, which is my favorite type. The service is good, but what is missing is the prompt response from the WeChat butler. The facilities are also very good and the rooms are large. It is a new hotel after all! Takeaways will also be delivered to the room. Quite close to the subway and shopping malls. The cleaning aunt in the hotel also has a very good attitude. Since I go out a little late every day, the cleaning aunt will wait outside the door before going in to clean the room. It is very heartwarming! I will still choose this hotel next time and my stay is very comfortable.

The hotel room environment is very clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. The room type we booked before was a double bed room. The front desk was very considerate and helped us upgrade the movie room. I like it very much. The service at the hotel front desk is warm and thoughtful, and all the problems raised are solved attentively. The environment inside the hotel is good. The overall environment is warm and quiet. The hotel room looks comfortable and spacious. The bed in the fully furnished room is also quite comfortable. I personally think it is very comfortable whether you are a couple or traveling. The price/performance ratio is also high. I will stay here again next time!
