Although the room we booked is small, the layout is reasonable! The overall environment of the hotel is elegantly decorated! The lady in the lobby is both warm and polite! The succulents on the rooftop are very well raised! The hotel is very close to the old street. Turn right and walk slowly, and you will soon reach the first close point-the Wine Cup Building.

It was my first time staying in this hotel for 5 nights. 20 to 25th August 2024. Every time I come to Kunming I stay at Sofitel Hotel but I will change my mind in future. I was pleasantly surprised that the this hotel service was very good. 1, warm welcome from the front desk receptionist, quick check-in and check-out. 2, the room staff is professional and smiling. 3. The warm service of the restaurant staff. @Amazingly, the hotel also offers a buffet breakfast and lunch, which are very rich and nutritious. All hotel staff are very warm every day,makes me feel at home. I’m sure I will choice again this hotel when I have business trip in Kunming.

週末和朋友到雲南旅遊，原計劃入住雙床房，到店後朋友臨時有事，需多開一間房。前台工作人員瞭解情況後，積極協調，迅速為我們安排好相鄰房間，還幫忙升級了房型，滿足客户的需求。過程中，工作人員溝通高效，處理問題專業，去到房間空氣中瀰漫著淡淡的清潔劑香味，讓人瞬間安心。房間更是無可挑剔，床鋪平整，床單被罩潔白如新，沒有一絲污漬。衞生間各個角落都一塵不染，洗手枱、馬桶、淋浴區光亮潔凈，毛巾浴巾疊放整齊。就連角落裡的小擺件，都擦拭得乾乾淨淨。優質服務讓我們留下美好回憶，以後度假還選這裏！

There was a small problem with the air conditioner during the trip, and the front desk lady solved it quickly~ I went out to play and missed the afternoon tea, but the front desk lady also reserved it for the evening. The milk was delicious~

This is a newly opened hotel, with convenient shopping and dining nearby. The accommodation is very good, the whole house is smart, and my children have been using Xiaodu to listen to music. It is quite tidy. There are only two points I am not satisfied with: the teacups in the room are not washed, and there is still some leftover tea from the previous tenant. The breakfast was said to be served until 10:30, but when I went there at 9:30, there was only soy milk, a few cakes, and rice noodles. The eggs were gone. I think these should always be in oversupply, not in short supply. I chose a hotel with breakfast on purpose, but was a little disappointed. I hope the business can improve it (the breakfast place is open-air and a little cold)

The hotel is opposite Yunnan University Hospital, in the family compound of the Audio Publishing House. It is a renovation of an old building and is very quiet at night. The hotel is newly opened, with good facilities. There is a free parking lot downstairs, and there are many snack bars on the right side of the door, which is very convenient for eating. If you take the subway, it is about 200 meters back from Panjiawan Exit C, which is also very convenient. I will come again next time!

It's very quiet near Dianchi Lake, and it's very close to the city center by taxi. I live on the 16th floor. The room facing west in winter is very comfortable. The sunset is beautiful and you can see Dianchi Lake. The front desk service is very good, and the bedding is also very good. The elderly slept there for two days and felt very good. The facilities are all good. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door by robots, which is very convenient!

The room is very clean, the service attitude is very good, the breakfast is delicious, and the cleaning staff is very enthusiastic. There is a flowing river in front of the hotel, with beautiful scenery, large three-dimensional windows, and blue sky and white clouds outside the window. The main entrance is very convenient and close to tourist attractions. Thanks to Ctrip for recommending it. This is a regular hotel with good value for money.

A hotel with a great sense of design, not far from Cuihu and Wenlin Street , with a high cost-effectiveness. At first, we saw the comments saying it was difficult to find and were confused. After placing the order, the front desk contacted us, sent the address, and even came to the parking lot to pick us up. The room I originally booked did not include breakfast, but they also sent one. The English I chose was a bit dry. If you like soft and textured food, you can choose their French toast. The most exciting thing is that there is a washing machine and dryer. I have been out for a long time and have accumulated a lot of dirty clothes. Washing and packing them is a perfect end to this trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Kunming!
