Hotels in Chenggong New District/South High-Speed Railway Station, Kunming

Our family of four (two adults and two children) stayed one night at Hampton by Hilton Kunming South Station. The location was incredibly convenient, as it offered easy access to Kunming South Railway Station, which was our main reason for choosing this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out seamless. Although we only stayed for one night, the amenities provided met our needs perfectly. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Kunming South Station is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience near the railway station.

Hotel is nice. Room is good. Washroom is good. Breakfast is great. Everything was digital. Looks good in most things except the noise. Elevator 🛗 noise is too much in whole building and it sounds like metro 🚇 train passing through station after each 5 minutes. This hotel is on 2nd floor so 3rd floor people make noise till midnight and early morning. Which is very common here in China they shut doors hardly and not care for other humans sleepy. Also the cleaning lady start cleaning on 8:00 🕗 I think it’s not good they should start cleaning after 9:00. Because they make more noise during cleaning. So, if you noise sensitive then it’s terrible place to stay. If you don’t care noise then it’s amazing place to stay. The choice is yours. Thanks

This accommodation experience was absolutely amazing! From the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk to the thoughtful service in the guest room, the whole process was well taken care of. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with nearby food and attractions. Next time I come here, I will choose this one!

Location is great if what you need is a good hotel near the Kunming South station. By car its less than 10 minutes and walking is also possible (around 40 min). The hotel had a ”new” feeling and it was clean. Would book again if I'm in Kunming again in the future.

【Kunming Mixu Hotel South High-speed Railway Station Store short review】 The owner of the Mixu Hotel South High-speed Railway Station is ”convenient and efficient”. The location is excellent. It is a 5-minute walk to Kunming South Railway Station. It is suitable for early high-speed rail or transit passengers. There is a self-check-in machine in the lobby, check-in is completed in 3 minutes, and the intelligent guest control system can control the lights and air conditioning by mobile phone. The design of the room is simple, the mattress is moderately firm, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but some rooms are slightly compact. The sound insulation effect is good, no high-speed rail noise interference, free laundry room and 24-hour hot drink bar. The downside is that there are few types of breakfast (only Chinese and Western meals), and the surrounding dining options are limited. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to the business district. The front desk service is enthusiastic and actively provides luggage storage and route guidance. In general, 200-300 Yuan price is outstanding, which is the choice for business trips.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway station, and there are places to eat downstairs. The service is also very good. We arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk warmly welcomed us. We were also upgraded to a new room. The family suite is very good, with a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very suitable for family travel. The room is also very clean and you can stay there with confidence. A perfect trip. 👍🏻👍🏻

The overall hotel service was good. The hotel is located at level 25 to 27. The surrounding area is a business district and near to Kunming South railway station. We were checked in to the hotel in mid night, and the hotel front desk staffs were helpful and excellent. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Our room was at high floor and facing a nice city view. The restaurant is located at the basement. The breakfast is great with a lot of varieties and we liked the rice noodles and the pastries. We got the free ride to Kunming South railway station the next morning by a luxury minivan.

A relatively new hotel. Perfect for a overnight stay for people rushing to the high speed the next morning. Room was big and comfortable. We booked for the non smoking level but there is an ashtray on the living room table and u can smell cigarette smoke along corridor. Really wished this country makes more effort in advocating for non smoking despite signs beinf put up. We managed to search for a little night market, Shilin night market about 10 mins taxi ride away from the hotel. Maybe hotel can provide more information about places around for tourists. It is also a short walking distance to the metro which is linked to high speed as well. Managed to book the free pick up from high speed to hotel however the next day's hotel to high speed is already fully booked. We also didn't managed to have breakfast due to timing of our high speed.

The room was clean and the aunt was very kind and kind. There were a lot of food near the hotel. Although I stayed for one night, the experience was very good. I forgot to take photos. It is worth living! I wish the boss a prosperous business 🎊 (There is a picture taken at the hotel hahahaha The second one is the nearby Yunnan cuisine and the third one is the sunset in Kunming)

The parking lot is super large and parking is very convenient. The hotel is next to a school. The environment is quiet, clean and sanitary. The bedding is comfortable. It would be better if breakfast could be served until 10 o'clock.
