Novotel hotel staff has been very heart warming. I would like to particularly commend hotel staff Pooh. They were attentive and always catered to our needs. We needed help with navigating the apps for ordering of food and transport and they went over and beyond to assist us and giving us helpful tips. They also offered their own curated guide to allow us to explore the area better. Everyone was very kind and the rooms and facilities were top notch! Great experience.. good location nearby to Futian MRT. A lot of shop lots and shopping malls nearby within walking distance. Very clean hotel and there is a 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer inside the room too, you can request detergent and wash your clothes as your wish. The breakfast place is very nice and cozy too, the ambient is nice and the food is tasty. The front concierge is very friendly and helpful too. Well recommended and will come again

This treasure homestay is located in the city, with a feeling of being hidden away in the city, a sky garden, quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing your body and mind. Living an unfettered life, I experienced freedom and comfort firsthand. The service is also very good. Unlike other B&Bs, they don't promote various tourist products or do all kinds of things. The feeling here is that if I need it, the boss will introduce it to me, and if I don't need it, he won't bother me. It's super suitable! The breakfast is also delicious and the facilities are complete. Recommended!

Very good experience, not only the room, facilities and hygiene, but most importantly the service quality exceeded expectations! The package with a very high personality ratio includes breakfast, travel photography (including 5 photos without photo editing), tea making around the stove and Pu'er tea making experience. I don't want to go out at all in this hotel. It's so comfortable to spend half a day in the room, brewing a pot of camellia and sitting in the small garden. Photographer Xiao Zhu's travel photography is good, and the clothes are clean, but he didn't use the flash when shooting, so the photos are all too dark. Fortunately, photographer Xiao Zhu is good at photo editing and he also selected a few more photos. When taking the photos, he also asked us to take a few more photos ourselves. The fireside tea-making and Pu'er tea experience was cancelled due to something. Thank you to the girl Li Shirui from the coffee shop who immediately changed the afternoon tea to coffee and small cakes. She was very quick and considerate. Then the housekeeper Xiao Fan helped us change the experience to Pu'er tea. The store had something to do temporarily, and we felt that everyone tried their best to deal with it. There was also a guy who took the initiative to remind the folk dance experience. The restaurant waiter who knew we didn't eat spicy food had a very high personality. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in China. Next time, I will try Songpin Hotels in other cities. Looking forward to it

We are very satisfied with their service! Probably one of the most friendly and well trained staffs in hospitality industry. Ms. Zhou has been offering us fantastic services throughout our stay! She'll answer all the questions, with clear instructions and attention points. she will give us not just information, but also her personal advice too! We left a few luggages at front desk while we travel to other city, and collect them again when we returned to Kun Ming to continue our trip. They have taken good care of them for us and saved us a lot of trouble to carry them while we traveled. It's a huge favor for us! The room is fresh without smoking smell which is superb for hotels in China. Clean bed sheets and nice hot spring pool makes our stay even nicer! We'll definitely book it again when we travel to Kun Ming again.

The hotel is very close to Dianchi Haigeng Park, Ethnic Village, Xishan, and Haigeng Dam. It is very convenient and the service is very good. The hotel can contact a travel agency to help you buy tickets for scenic spots. It is cheaper to bring it with you. You can also use a car to send it to the scenic spot for free. The room is hygienic and the facilities are well maintained.

The second time I stayed, the nearby Metro Line 5 will also be opened. It is very close to Haigeng Park and the dam. The only disadvantage is that there are mosquitoes in the room and the air conditioner is not cool enough.

The hotel where I stayed at the first stop in Kunming. It takes about 50 minutes from the airport to the hotel. After all, it is an old hotel, but the simplicity of the facilities is still beyond imagination. It may be related to the fact that I usually stay in star-rated hotels, but it is acceptable. The scenery of the hotel is very good during the day. There are not many people during the stay. It is very quiet. There is a big lake next to the hotel, but I didn’t see pigeons. There are many squirrels in the trees😂 I think the breakfast is okay. It is definitely not as good as star-rated hotels, but the basic requirements can be met. The rice noodles are delicious. The attractions around the hotel are very convenient. It takes more than ten minutes to get there by taxi. Overall, it is okay, suitable for families and elderly people, quiet, green, and travelers who do not require high room facilities.
