Beau cadre, déçue des sanitaires et du manque de variété du buffet le deuxième soir. mais Dans l’ensemble ce fut un agréable séjour.

I ask everyone not to come here! I paid the same as at Kempinsky, but the difference is huge. I ordered Direkt Beach A Frame and they put me in the last place where I could see the fence and they looked at me from the balcony next to me. Cleanliness is 0. The people serving are dirty and not nice. They herd you into the dining room like cattle. I had to buy water for the evening because they can't provide half a liter of water every day. At check out they turned off the electricity at 10 o'clock. This place only looks good in the pictures, but everything is smelly and dirty and unfriendly. Etc. etc. Big disappointment

Tous les mauvais avis sont vrais et je vous les confirme. L'hôtel 4 étoiles est plus en réalité un 2 étoiles et encore je suis sûr que c’est insultant pour les 2 étoiles. Le personnel est hautain et particulièrement désagréable. Il faut demander 3 fois pour avoir un café sans même un sourire. Le buffet du soir et du PDJ est vraiment bas de gamme, il n’y pas de choix, c’est mal présenté et plus c’est pas bon. Pour résumer et ne pas gacher vos vacances : je vous invite à ne surtout pas y aller. Cela vous évitera d’écrire ce type de commentaires....

À fuir. Hôtel très vieux. Douche souvent froide qui coule peu, déco vielle et affreuse, pas de rangement, literie déplorable. Une petite bouteille d eau pour 2 pour tout le séjour !. Et le pire c'est vraiment la nourriture, pas bon du tout.. À 20h terminé, Jamais plus nous y retournerons.

Hotel carino, semplice, in una buona posizione. Purtroppo il mare su cui affaccia non è granché, bisogna per forza spostarsi con le bici...da prenotare subito i n hotel perchè vanno a ruba. cibo e servizio ok. Escursione alle isole (con tour operator) favolosa!

Een heerlijk relaxt resort in mooie natuur! Wij logeerden in een beach chalet, schoon en comfortabel. Strandbedjes voor de deur en heerlijk rustig De wifi laat te wensen over maar dat was eigenlijk heel erg lekker! Tip: ga duiken of snorkelen met de op het resort gelegen Duikschool Azzura en fiets het eiland rond!

Gepflegte Hotelanlage, direkt an eimem schönen Palmen-Strand. Wir hatten ein Beach-Chalet mit neuem Bad. Zwar nicht Outdoor, aber trotzdem gut. Gefallen hat uns der direkte Zugang zu dem schönen Strand mit eigenen Liegen. Es gab auch genug Schattenplätze. Am Strand war nie viel los. Aber das liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass man mit dem Fahrrad noch einige andere schöne Strände erkunden kann. Zum Beispiel den Grand Anse oder den Anse Source d'Argent. Es gab aber leider auch negative Punkte. Daher der Punktabzug. Zum Beispiel war die Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen sehr bescheiden. Erschwerend kam auch noch hinzu, dass das Serviceperssonal völlig überfordert war und ohne Führung planlos hin und her geirrt ist. Man konnte froh sein, wenn man den Kaffee nicht erst nach dem Frühstück erhalten hatte. Das WLAN war komplett unbrauchbar. Am besten man besorgt sich eine lokale SIM vor Ort oder bucht diese gleich mit der Einreisegenehmigung mit. Finger weg von eSims auf den Seychellen. Erstens sind sie viel teurer, als die lokalen SIMs und zweitens buchen sich die eSIMs grundsätzlich nur in das langsamste verfügbare Netz ein. Das hat zum Beispiel auf dem Galaxy S25 nicht funktioniert, weil darauf nur noch 5G oder LTE eingestellt werden kann. Dafür, dass wir zwei Stunden später aus-checken wollten, sollten wir 50 Euro bezahlen. Nein Danke! Ich würde das Hotel aber aufgrund der Toplage trotzdem empfehlen. Vielleicht lernt das Mangement ja auch aus den Bewertungen. Denn es gibt erhebliches Verbesserungspotential, was das Verpflegungsangebot, den Service und das WLAN betrifft.

Partiamo dal mare che non è bello però tutti gli alloggi a la digue non si trovano su un bel mare. Poi il personale inqualificato, maleducato, sempre triste e mai sorridente e incompetente. la prima sera ci siamo recati al ristorante alle ore 20, anche presto. Dopo 30 minuti, alle 20.30 il cibo era finito. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere altro da mangiare e ci è stato detto che era finito tutto quello che ci piaceva e che potevamo mangiare le cose rimanenti, tutte pietanze assolutamente immangiabili. Il pesce, il pollo e il polpo tutto finito nel giro di 30 minuti. Io sono stata in moltissimi resort e non mai era mai successo che il cibo finisse e non venisse riportato alle ore 20.30!!! quindi ci siamo lamentati e il direttore del ristorante ha iniziato a urlarci contro, in modo molto maleducato e con un arroganza pazzesca, dicendoci che dovevamo andare prima. Assurdo siamo andati alle 20, non alle 22, siamo in vacanza non a lavorare. Bastava semplicemente chiedere scusa che sarebbe finita lì la questione, ma con questa maleducazione, arroganza e incompetenza non posso assolutamente passarci sopra. Siamo stati costretti a mangiare fuori dall'hotel le sere seguenti. Abbiamo presentato il problema alla reception, non ci è stato nemmeno chiesto scusa. Sono molto incompetenti e non adatti a un hotel 4 stelle. Inoltre ci hanno dato dei teli mare da usare sia in mare che in piscina che erano asciugamani minuscoli da bagno, non esiste. Suite con due camere da letto vista mare che puzzava di muffa. Pulizia inesistente della suite, siamo stati lì 3 notti e nessuno ha spazzato, rifatto il letto e soprattutto buttato via la sporcizia nel cestino!!! PAZZESCO E ASSURDO. Veramente uno schifo. La wifi inesistente, non funzionava proprio, zero. Nemmeno da dire connessione scarsa, non si collegava proprio. Siamo stati 3 giorni scollegati dal mondo intero, assurdo. Peccato perchè la struttura avrebbe molte potenzialità, ma non è sfruttata al meglio e cade a pezzi.

We stayed in an annex to the larger resort across the street. We did not know that we will stay outside the resort when we booked. The Annex is very basic, don't expect much, not 4* for sure. Everything is a bit old and worn and outdated but useable. The challenge in the La Digue is that hotels are expensive, so you can't expect much if you pay less than 300 USD per night. Breakfast was also very basic and the internet was lousy everywhere and every day. The pool area, including the toilets, was also very worn out. Sun umbrellas where missing. Check-in was slow, and the prices in their restaurant were unreasonably high, so we didn't eat there. All in all, it's not a place that leaves memories, just an okay place to stay. The hotel offers transport from and to the ferry. Location is fine with a supermarket in front and a bike rental at the main gate of the hotel for a good price.

Старые, темные и убитые номера. Жесткий матрас, пружины которого впиваются в спину. Еда на завтраках скудная и однообразная. Про кофе вообще молчу. На ужинах - платная вода. Море у отеля не пригодно для купания. Мелко даже для детей и много осколков ракушек. Бассейн в отеле под открытым солнцем, температурного контроля нет. Вода в нем кипяток. И вишенка на торте, wi-fi, на котором стоят ограничения по трафику. Страницу в соц сетях или браузере будете загружать в среднем по 2-3 минуты.

Struttura scadente e sporca, tanto è vero che nel ristorante sono presenti dei gatti randagi che circolano liberamente. La spiaggia inesistente al suo posto un muretto su cui si infrangono le onde co l'alta marea. Mare sporco. Il cibo scarso e con poca varietà di scelta. Sconsigliato.
