It is not perfect as luxury five star hotel rooms but you can cook and BBQ with the view of ocean. This unit (unit 1) is downstairs part of the house with exclusive use of the main entrance, sharing the garage, the laundry and the backyard with upper stair unit. This unit consists of a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a larger master bedroom (bedroom 1) with a king bed with its own full bath, a bedroom (bedroom 2) with a queen bed, and a smaller bedroom (bedroom 3)with two single beds for kids and a three quarter bathroom. The master bedroom (bedroom 1) comes with a den equipped with a futon sofa bed, full size bathroom and a large deck with BBQ stove of ocean and coast view. Bedroom 2 with ocean view comes with a balcony of ocean view. The small size bedroom 3 has two single beds for kids with view of the side yard.
