An ocean front landmark house designed by a famous designer, remodeling recently. The windows, and floors are replaced last month. Next to the attraction of La Jolla cove. Walking distance to restaurants, museum, beaches, galleries and stores in La Jolla village. It is the best location in La Jolla. A historical house with many upgrads. If you are looking for best location, convenience , and oceanfront , here is the place for you. This house is divided into two units with its own entrance and privacy. The two units are totally independent except sharing the laundry and garage as well as air condition temp controller. The garage can fit a SUV or Stand car for each unit. Both can reserved for the same period of time if available. Good for family reunion and wedding. The upstair unit 2 ID is VRBO 2786466. If you want to rent whole house , you need to booking both units. We have added soundproof material and redone the floor on the upstairs unit to reduce the noise from upper level. Both units share the same laundry with one washer and two dryers. No party unless other unit is vacant. It is by the ocean, you smell ocean and hear the sounds of waves. It is not perfect as luxury five star hotel rooms but you can cook and BBQ with the view of ocean. This unit (unit 1) is downstairs part of the house with exclusive use of the main entrance, sharing the garage, the laundry and the backyard with upper stair unit. This unit consists of a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a larger master bedroom (bedroom 1) with a king bed with its own full bath, a bedroom (bedroom 2) with a queen bed, and a smaller bedroom (bedroom 3)with two single beds for kids and a three quarter bathroom. The master bedroom (bedroom 1) comes with a den equipped with a futon sofa bed, full size bathroom and a large deck with BBQ stove of ocean and coast view. Bedroom 2 with ocean view comes with a balcony of ocean view. The small size bedroom 3 has two single beds for kids with view of the side yard.
