There are tables and chairs and a washing machine on the balcony. We also liked the clothesline, and I plan to buy one for my home; it's very convenient. The location is excellent! The sea is right across the road. Turn left about 100 meters to reach the pedestrian crossing. Turn right is a bit farther, but we prefer the entrance to the sea on the right - it's shallow yet deep. The beach is sandy and there are no lounge chairs, so we bought beach mats. The apartment landlord also provided beach towels. Turn left out of the door and there is a small shopping center around the corner. There are KFC and Pizzahut inside, if you want to eat European food. There is also a café on the first floor with affordable prices and good taste. There is a supermarket on the second floor where we bought some daily necessities. There is also a bank on the first floor with a 24-hour ATM. Using a Russian card for withdrawals is more cost-effective than using a Chinese card, with lower transaction fees. Crossing the supermarket, there is a street on the left filled with cafes. They offer various flavors of seafood and Chinese food. The portions are generous; we ordered soup and they brought a pot. We ate it, packed it away, and reheated it in the room. There are not many people on the beach. But be prepared for locals singing and dancing on the paths and areas around the beach from 8 am to 9 pm. It's especially busy at night. We didn't find it noisy.
