Dominic is the amazing staff at the reception desk, and also really a warm hearted person that I've ever met!! He made my first impression of Brno genuinely perfect! We should thank God we have him in this hotel and this might be one of the reasons to choose the hotel continental.

Everything was as described, new and modern hotel with great customer service. Would gladly come back!

這家酒店性價比不高， 好多房間臨街，雖然有兩層窗户，但是還有明顯噪音。 另外， 過去一年他們換了幾次名字， 最新的名字是Czech Inn Hotel， 感覺名字很低端。 管理團隊也在換， 管理比較混亂。 我去年三月在攜程訂了7天， 入住後因為行程變化， 想提前一天退房，他們死活不同意， 攜程介入也沒用， 税定的是不能退的，也就不能改。 另外， 這次因為擔心預付款不能在前台開發票， 專門選擇預訂時付擔保金 入住時在前台付款， 結果 入住時， 他們説我已經付了款， 不能重新付款， 也不能開發票。 溝通了好多次， 找攜程介入， 最後過了幾天才解決問題。 下次再去Brno，不打算住這裏了。

However, the reason I gave it 1 point is that I arrived late at night, and as I was tired, I quickly took a shower and was about to sleep, when I realized that no towels were provided. It is true that I found out later that the hotel recommends the save earth in relation to towel washing. Therefore, it informs you that towels that have not been used before will be reused. Even so, the house keeper should have checked whether towels existed, but it is a minimum. I gave it a low score because is not even checked.
