The service here was excellent. It was a self check in process but when having difficulties the staff is helpful and friendly and sorts it out quickly. The pods were nice and comfortable and each got their own duvet. It was very spacious so plenty of room to share with family and friends! Shared bathrooms were nice and clean and amenities like hair dryers and ironing boards were available! The sauna was lush too

Loved our stay. Location is easy and close to central station. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. ‘Cosy’ room was small but it’s what we expected and we didn’t spend much time in there so was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend

We had stayed 10N with Scandic hotel within northern EU trip, Norway, Finland was a good experience but Cophengen stayed is an unpleasant, counter checked in staff is not helpful, room is not clean when entered and was told that room cleaning must pre book?   Anyway location abt 10 mins walk from central station and breakfast is ok

الغرفة نظيفة وبسيطة، وربما مبالغ فيها. إذا كان لديك حقيبتان كبيرتان، فلن تجد مساحة كافية للمشي، لكن الأمر سهل. أما الحمام، فهو ليس حمامًا، بل كابينة دش مع مرحاض ومغسلة. لا يمكنك الاستحمام دون المخاطرة بتبليل كل شيء وتجفيف الأرضية، لأن المنحدرات ليست مناسبة لتصريف المياه.
