Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.

كانت إقامة رائعة ومريحة لثلاث ليالٍ. مع ذلك، لم أتوقع وجود مواعيد محددة لحافلات النقل المكوكية التي تقلّ النزلاء من محطة شين-أورياسو، وهي تبعد مسافة 15 إلى 17 دقيقة سيرًا على الأقدام. حملنا أمتعتنا من المحطة إلى الفندق. كما تقع مراكز التسوق بالقرب من المحطة. قررنا السير لمدة 4 دقائق للوصول إلى متجر البقالة القريب. بشكل عام، كان موظفو الفندق ودودين وساعدونا في جميع الجوانب. كما قدموا مستلزمات استحمام عالية الجودة، مثل منتجات العناية بالبشرة من دي إتش سي، وحرصوا على راحة جميع النزلاء من خلال توفير كمادات حرارية وحساء ميسو عند مدخل الفندق. أنصح بالإقامة فيه نظرًا لراحة الفندق، وليس لبعد المسافة.
