Looking for all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz appeared as one that provided a lower cost compared to other hotels in Acapulco. Deciding to give them a try, we stayed at the Ritz for a week. The studio suite was a decent size, not too small but it isn't a very large room either. The room was cleaned quite nicely when I arrived. The staff treated me well, and helped me with my inquiries. One thing to note is that the Ritz is a bit of a distance from the airport, and it's not next to the beach, but it doesn't take too long to get to the places necessary to enjoy Acapulco. Overall, the Ritz can provide good value for money if you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Acapulco.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.

الفندق في موقع ممتاز السنتر جداً بعيد عن الازعاج يتميز بالطعام جيد والخدمات الكافيه اعتقد ان خدمة الموظفين ليست بالافضل الموجوده من كثر مايعكر مزاج النزلاء وخدمة الزبائن السيئه المرافق قديمة جدا و اثاثها غير مرضي (يحتاج تجديد عاجل) المصاعد قديمة جدا يجب الانتظار حتى 40 دقيقة حتى تصل لاستلام الغرفة قبل التأكد من الاجراءات.
