one tram station away from the main station of hague. amidst shopping malls. restaurants nearby seem to open at 11am earliest. kitchen is good but u need to bring your own seasoning and cooking oil. toilet is on the room entrance and separated from bathroom. shower area is slippery after shower, and i slipped when i entered…… be careful if u book this hotel. no room keeping during our 2-day stay. bring tissue box as there is none in the room except toilet paper.

The location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location! The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers. Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it. In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

Nice location, a bit in the middle of the city and the beach. Pier is very close. City center can be reached by tram easily. Good for business travel.

Don’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly. Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in. The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W
