First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future

We stayed at the Courtyard San Juan Miramar for 6 nights with our baby. Overall, it was a good experience and staff were all friendly. Having two good restaurants downstairs was convenient, even though we only went to the Comedor. There were a few good restaurants in the vicinity including the Ceviche Market which we enjoyed every meal we ordered, and the La Hacienda Meat Center just at the kitty corner of hotel with good coffee, desserts, and ready-to-eat food. I really would have liked to use the pool but the location was not comfortable as it was right outside the Comedor's and visible to everyone in the restaurant. I wish we would have been told that there are laundry machines in the basement we could use so I didn't have to go half an hour away.

Great location. A number of restaurants around. The beach is across the street, valet parking $30 per day. Full breakfast with a variety of scrambled eggs and beacons. Free coffee and complementary biscuits throughout the day at the lobby as well as refreshing ice cold lemon (fruit) water. I really recommend it for a beach vacation. There is a Walgreens around the corner for a cheaper than in bar liquors
