The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with a convenient location and front desk staff who are both professional and friendly. The surrounding area feels very safe and pleasant, and transportation access is excellent. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Locations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

يعتبر الفندق من الفنادق المميزة في مدينة سياتل ذات الميزانية المنخفضة وهو يقع في قلب مدينة سياتل يتميز بموقعه الممتاز حيث انه لا يبعد عن محطة ويست ليك سوى 5 دقائق مشياً على الاقدام بالاضافه الى العديد من المعالم السياحيه التي تتميز بسوق السمك الطائرة المائية المائية و وفرة الاسنوركلينج وغيرها . يقع الفندق في الضواحي. فمن الضروري أن نلاحظ أن الفندق يقع في الضواحي. ومن المريح أيضا السفر إلى مناطق الجذب الأخرى من طريق الحافلات العامة في المدينة، مترو مدينة كينغ. للمسافرين ذوي الميزانية مثلنا، هو حقا قيمة جيدة للمال. لذلك، واقترح العديد من الضيوف راضون عن طريق الترام. ومن الأفضل تناول وجبة الإفطار في المطار. الفندق نظيف وآمن مع طاقم عمل ودود ومالك. الإفطار المتكامل كان بمثابة مفاجأة وفوائده بدء يوم كامل في جدول أعمال هائل. يبذل المالك الجديد جهدًا كبيرًا لتحسين خدماته. أتمنى أن يبقى هذا الفندق في هدوء.

We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!
