Everyone we interacted with was fantastic- bar staff, valets, front desk. Best place to stay if you are visiting the convention center- the skybridge is not temperature regulated but still super convenient for traffic related reasons. The food was great and took virtually no time at all to prepare if you called down and ordered. I don't believe there was room service. There was water in the lobby and microwaves on the first floor around the corner from the elevator but not within the room.

Very nice, though a bit dated. The hotel was an easy walk to Nationwide Arena, which was our ultimate destination. Very close to the majority of breweries, restaurants and night life in the ”Arena District ”. About a 10-15 walk. The employees at the hotel were all extremely nice and helpful. Only complaint was that the room we were in, which I am sure is the same as others, had no updated plugs for charging phones. While that was inconvenient it wasn't a deal breaker in my mind. Good parking($12) and a safe area to be in.

لم يُغيّر الفندق الشراشف عند الطلب، بل غيّر المناشف فقط رغم طلب تغيير كليهما. اكتفى موظفو خدمة الغرف بوضع الشراشف على كرسي وإضافة مناشف جديدة للغرفة. اضطررتُ للاتصال بالفندق خارجيًا لأن الهاتف لم يكن مزودًا بمصدر طاقة، وذلك لطلب أي شيء. يتفاوت تعامل موظفي الاستقبال بين اللطيف والطفولي. العديد من الموظفين الآخرين الذين يعملون في مجال الطعام أو التنظيف إما لا يتحدثون الإنجليزية، أو يتحدثون الإنجليزية بشكل محدود. بخلاف ذلك، الغرف نظيفة وغير مزعجة نسبيًا. سعر الإفطار ليس 15 دولارًا، بل سعران يعتمدان على من تسأله من الموظفين.
