Wonderful place! I always enjoy staying here. Clean, friendly, welcoming and never a single issue. Paul, Jada and the rest of the staff make you feel so at home!

The employees were kind and helpful, hotel was nice and clean, and the area was safe ! Parking isn’t the best and they do charge around $20. We weren’t able to find a spot so we had to park on the street and they kindly took away our parking fee without any issues ! Would definitely come back !

This place was great...they moved us to a new room bigger room because ours wasn't ready at no extra cost and we were actually checking in early and didn't charge for that either...lovely staff clean rooms and awesome breakfast...at check in they even give complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies and the were amazing...nice touch💜

The hotel was clean and in a great location for the reason I was in Birmingham. It was near to the event that I was attending. The sink in my room had a stopper that prevented the water from escaping when I did not want it to collect in the sink during activities such as brushing my teeth and washing my face. The water was also cold and took an excessively long time to heat up even a little bit. It was not even lukewarm. Therefore, I checked out and was unable to shower. My son actually took a cold shower on a cold day, one of the coldest that we have had in Alabama in a while. I was also awakened by an emergency message and alarm to vacate the building due to an emergency only to learn later that it was a test. I learned this when the fire truck arrived and I heard an employee apologizing for not calling them to let them know that it was only a test. I only stayed overnight so there was no other opportunity for me to get a better impression. The only reason that I did not give a lower rating for the facilities is because once I reported the issue with the shower and sink, they sent a handy man to the room to make the repairs, but my son was already taking a cold shower at the time since we were scheduled to get back home to meet previously scheduled obligations. The staff person who was checking me out said that she couldn't do anything for me because I booked through a third party. However, she did state that she would refund the money that I paid for parking.

Room was nice. Nothing special. Did not see any vending machines with pop and went to front desk where they had a small shelf with few items. Had bottled water but no pop also noticed they had other items to sell but was also out. We just needed a place to stay on our way further south and it worked fine for us. Was a little difficult to find the hotel but that could have been the map on the phones. Desk person was nice. Heard her speaking to a few people while we were checking in and seemed pleasant to them all

أردنا البقاء في إيرونديل بدلا من برمنغهام ورغم أن هذه الملكية لم تكن لها مراجعات كبيرة أو مراجعة ”CURRENT” فإن الوصف قال أنه تم تجديده في عام 2024 ولم يكن هناك أي مراجعة أفضل للملكية الأخرى. تم تحديث هذه العلامة في جميع أنحاء العالم بشكل جيد. رأينا في العديد من مناطق الجذب الرئيسية، بما في ذلك مناطق الجذب الرئيسية. تم تحديث هذه العلامة في الواقع في بعض المناطق و تم تعيين الغرف بشكل جميل جدا مع أثاث جديد و عصري. لكنها لم تكن نظيفة. كان هناك طبقة من الغبار (البنية؟) على كل شيء والشعر المظلم الطويل في أرضية الحمام. كانت الغرفة نظيفة جدا، بفضل أن يكون في الغرفة عدد قليل من المناشف. الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني هو كانت زجاج النافذة قذرة. كان الثلاجة في حاجة إلى تجميد حتى أن الباب لن يغلق ولم نتمكن من تجميد علب الثلج المسطحة. وكان التلفزيون في غرفة النوم. كان هناك غلاية في الماء. وكان الدش مكسوراً. كانت زجاج النافذة قذرة. كان المبرد في حاجة إلى تجميد شديدة حتى لا يغلق الباب. كنت اتوقع ان الفندق لم يسكنه احد منذ التجديد لم يستقبلو الغرفه بالنظافه ما بعد البناء. المصعد متسخ جدا و صاخب و مخيف و صعوبه في ركوب الدرج الى الطابق 4 حيث يوجد طعام و خدمه غرف و ايضا خدمه الغرف و ايضا السرير المزدوج غير مريح و لا يوجد تكييف . لا انصح به ابدا من الواضح أن العميل العادي يسافر عمال البناء. كان الموظفون ودودون للغاية ولكن غير محترفين. كانت هناك حركة نشطة في مجال البناء في فرنسا.
