Hipotels Natura Palace Adults Only

As soon as I stepped into Natura Palace, I knew I had chosen the right place for me, my daughter 33, and son 16. The welcome was warm & genuine (it was late) where the lovely Andre took our cases, the beautiful Irene gave us complimentary bubbly, and a room upgrade to a suite for free rather than the 2 rooms I had booked! It was spotless with robes, slippers, bottles of water, amazing Wi-Fi (with a teenager) & air con. Woke to a stunning view of sea, pool and mountains. The complex was elegant, pools maintained & always loungers available. The restaurant served the BEST food, with impeccable staff. One waiter was so lovely (think he was the one brought chocolates to the room, daily) & the cleaner adorable. The evening entertainment was chilled, inside and out with seating (olives & peanuts on hand) so shout out to Roger and all! Especially the tall guy (forget his name). There’s even a library & quiet room! Plus mini golf, tennis courts, a gym, table tennis, darts, and aqua aerobics. You can step through the gates & out for a walk/jog along the promenade and even sit on an isolated cove of sand. Then, back for the buffet breakfast with pretty much anything on offer to eat & drink. This was a perfect getaway.

Ich war mit dem Hotel Hiotels Natura Palace - in allen Belangen - super zufrieden! Zimmer, Essen, Sauberkeit, Service, Nachhaltigkeit! Es gab absolut nix zu bemängeln.

A bit of a lengthy but honest review intended to give a helpful perspective. We are a couple (40 somethings) who stayed for a week in May. Positives: Lovely front entrance, looked really impressive, lots of nice seating areas. Room looked clean. Pool bar area was nice to sit in. Complimentary peanuts and olives served with pool bar drinks - nice touch. The carvery roast beef we had on the first night was very good and tasty, but after that the food quality declined. Most of the staff were pleasant enough. Negatives: Location is about a 45 minute walk to main bars, shopping and restaurant areas. Most staff pleasant but not particularly chatty or cheerful, some struggled with English as we do with Spanish (at dinner we witnessed a chef and servers having difficulty understanding guests requests). Bathroom and room - for the most part clean but need attention and were dated (bin was dented, shower had slow drainage, toilet made loud creaking noises after being flushed, hand soap container was old/discoloured and should have been replaced, mouldy grout, rust stains, mystery stains on walls, cracked floor tiles, AC weak, TV small and crooked etc. Double bed was large but firm and not the most comfortable - 2 beds pushed together but ok. TV signal went out on second day and not restored until 3 days later. Elevators were a bit clunky and sometimes anxiety inducing when malfunctions occurred. Pool bar and area lacked atmosphere - no background music. Also the bar staff oddly sweetened cocktails by dumping white sugar into it which sat at the bottom of the glass. Not using sugar syrup or grenadine or a sweet liqueur? This occurred with both an old fashioned and champagne cocktail ordered. Swimming pools are cold and have seen better days. Not just a few but numerous missing tiles - disgusting really for a “4 star” hotel. Those of the older generations still reserving sunbeds with towels early morning, folding them down and leaving so good luck finding a spot. The sunbeds were uncomfortable anyway. Supposedly this is against hotel policy. Was curious what would happen if someone just removed them and sat down?? Our half board package holiday arranged our arrival just after dinner service closed at 9.30pm so we were offered a welcome drink at reception and given a cold snack at 10pm which consisted of a bowl of plain salad, 2 dry stale bread rolls, a couple of pieces of cheese and ham, an apple and bruised bananas. I remember mentioning to my fiance that night that if that food was the sign of things to come then we were in trouble. Turns out we were right to be concerned. - We saw tiny ants crawling over trays of biscuits/cookies and a cockroach crawling across the floor in the dining room right next to our table. The waiter disposed of it at our request using a napkin! - Dropped food was left on the floor around the buffet. - Crockery was dropped and smashed by staff next to our table. - Some dirty tablecloths. - Frequently given

Tutto molto tranquillo, si nota la mancanza dei bambini. Bella passeggiata davanti all’hotel, ca. 13 Km fino alla spiaggia Pagagayo, noi siamo andati in Taxi e ritornati a piedi , ca 13 Km., con una pausa per visitare il mercato e bere qualcosa. Buffet al mattino con vasta scelta, alla sera il buffet è un poco ripetitivo. Camere grandi e pulite. Zona piscine molto pulita e con molte sdraio, mai trovato problema a trovare posto all’ombra. Tutto molto ordinato e pulito.

Después de varios años hemos podido volver al Hotel Natura Palace con nuestra hija, ya que por política de empresa, el hotel hace años que es "Only adults +16". Ha sido la 7ª vez que nos hemos alojado, el resultado....inmejorable. Desde el primer momento se percibe un ambiente de amabilidad por parte del personal de recepción, nos atendió Andreu, un profesional con una calidad humana excelente, al igual que el resto de sus compañeros. Cómo siempre el hotel se convierte en un lugar ideal de tranquilidad y bienestar lugar perfecto para desconectar del ritmo diario. El entorno es muy cuidado, con jardines impecables, unas vistas espectaculares al océano Atlántico que invitan a la calma y al descanso. Por cierto, la zona de la piscina igual de tranquila como siempre, nunca hay problemas de disponibilidad de hamacas o sombrillas, ya que hay suficientes por toda el área, también a ello contribuye la educación de los clientes que se alojan en este hotel, los cuales son muy correctos y se podría decir que sólo un 1% reserva hamacas. La zona de la piscina puede estar puntualmente llena de clientes, que la tranquilidad es absoluta, en pocos hoteles he visto tanta tranquilidad y buen comportamiento de sus huéspedes. El servicio del personal es excepcional. Todo el equipo del hotel se mostró siempre atento, amable y muy profesional, asegurándose de que cada detalle estuviera a la altura de nuestras expectativas. La atención personalizada y la calidez del trato marcaron la diferencia durante nuestra estancia. De hecho se agradece la cercanía en su justa medida, ya que en otros hoteles el trato puede ser o frio y distante o empalagoso, cosa que nos desagrada. Aquí en el Natura estamos encantados. Uno de los grandes puntos fuertes del Natura Palace es, sin duda, su gastronomía. La comida es exquisita y con una clara inspiración en la cocina tradicional de la isla. Platos elaborados con productos frescos y locales, perfectamente presentados y con sabores auténticos que reflejan la riqueza culinaria de Lanzarote. Tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, la variedad y calidad fueron sobresalientes. El único punto a mejorar sería tener durante el desayuno zumo de naranja natural. Respecto a los camareros, todos muy profesionales, correctos, eficientes y siempre con una sonrisa. nunca se amontonaban los platos en la mesa, ya que estaban muy atentos, la ratio por cliente, elevada, Mucho personal y sobretodo encantadores. Las instalaciones del hotel están impecablemente mantenidas. Las piscinas, las zonas comunes y las habitaciones muestran un alto nivel de cuidado y limpieza, lo que refuerza la sensación de confort y bienestar. Todo está pensado para ofrecer al huésped una experiencia relajante en un entorno elegante y acogedor. Felicitamos a Mónica por el eficiente trabajo realizado en nuestra habitación 2002, una limpieza excelente. I have never felt compelled to write a view for a holiday before , but we so enjoyed our holiday at this lovely hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the welcome from reception was first class, took time to explain the finer details, no rushing, and the food left for us in the dining room was very welcome. Our room and view was spot on and offered everything you could want, however a couple more sockets would be nice. The food choice was amazing and the quality again spot on, I do agree perhaps more details of what was included would be helpful if you have certain dietary requirements. The staff throughout were helpful, cheerful and always welcoming. The quietness of the hotel is better described as peaceful and that is exactly what we wanted. How nice it was not to have to get up early to compete for a sun bed, one was available no matter what time of the day. The pools were great and the peanuts were greatly appreciated.. The evening entertainment was in the main very good again with one not quite so good. There is also no need to pay for a late check out, the showers they provide are clean and available when you need them. We will definitely be returning, as soon as we can, absolutely top class .
