朝食が多種かつ美味しくて最高でした。4泊しましたが、飽きることはありませんでした。 ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティも良く、居心地良く過ごせました。 幼い子供がいたので、99㎡の部屋にファミリーで宿泊し、部屋内で晩御飯を食べれるのは非常に助かりました。 ルームサービスも美味しかったです。 要望を強いて挙げれば、プール付近にシャワーが欲しいのと、ホテル内に両替サービスがあれば尚良しです。

Great stay! However, I wish the ibiza beach club is open or at least covered with a nicer construction material.

Pool could be bigger, but very close to the beach so easy to get to the clear sea

Good location and nice pool. Good overall!

Room ＞ Pros - very clean, nice king bed, and multiple outlets for charging.  ＞ Cons - “sea view” was a little disappointing and we could see more of a construction site as opposed to the ocean, which was quite far. No bidet/shower attached to toilet, and shower would not get hot enough at first (had to have staff come fix it).  Service ＞ Pros- staff were very helpful, greeted us at every turn, and did their best to accommodate any requests we had regarding the room and hotel services. The spa was also very nice and happy with the quality of massage we received by the staff. Same extends to the your desk, who were very helpful arranging a jetski session for us. ＞ cons - N/A Location ＞ Pros - nice location on Mactan island, with a private beach, relatively close to the airport which was a big plus. ＞ cons - a bit far from the city center, so the drive was quite long to Ayala mall. But not really a “con” if you intend to spend most of your time on the resort. Amenities ＞ Pros - overall room has everything we need as far as toothbrush, sanitary goods etc.  cons - complimentary water was not in the room when we first arrived, we had to ask for it thru guest services. Overall: Nice hotel, some small inconveniences but good value for money, and would stay again.

Muy caótico este hotel

Отель грустный. Выбрали данный отель из-за Ибицы, но она на ремонте (узнали об этом только по приезду в отель). Пляж частный, но маленький. И страшный металический забор и руины вместо Ибицы портит весь вид пляжа. В отеле скучно, тихо, хоть бы включали фоновую музыку. Но когда посмотрели обстановку вокруг, наш отель оказался не таким уж плохим. Странно, что на Трип нет инфо о том, что Ибицы нет, что отель уставший. Но зато на ресепшене есть отметка Трипа лучший отель 2024. Так же в отеле нет обмена валют, такое видим впервые. Завтрак был хороший, днем был сладкий стол, можно всегда перекусить.
