Location was really nice and the room was very cozy. The staff was very friendly and supportive. We all enjoyed staying there. High recommend!!

We mentioned during our booking that the stay was for our honeymoon, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches the hotel provided. The room was beautifully decorated, and we received a lovely welcome letter congratulating us on our honeymoon, which made us feel truly special. One of the highlights was the skylight panel above the bed—it exceeded our expectations. Once we turned off the lights, we could clearly see a stunning view of the stars, adding a magical touch to our stay.

酒店離湖邊稍微有點距離，不過可以散下步，服務挺好的，房間也挺大，很乾凈，旺季來説性價比算是不錯了，。

Spacious room with complete facilities, very comfortable for me and my child. There’s even a rooftop for stargazing. Breakfast was unlimited with a wide variety of options, and it could even be delivered to the room. The lake view was absolutely stunning. Although we only stayed for one night, it was truly a memorable experience for both of us.

It’s an amazing stay with magnificent lake view from the window. And there’s even a skylight in the room for stargazing! However we are unlucky that the night was cloudy thus we didn’t manage to see stars. But overall the stay is GREAT!

這裏位置還不錯，但是觀星比較一般，做飯火力比較小，應該是中國人開的店，不過早飯還是很不錯的，口味很好。

Beautiful hotel with amazing view. There is even a window on the ceiling for you to watch the stars at night without going out.

We stayed in a standard room, so we couldn’t see the stars from the room. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the kitchen facilities were nice. The shower room was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The reception staff were kind, and the breakfast was nice. We were happy to stay at this hotel—it was a good choice.

整個南島旅程性價比最差的一家酒店，rmb3k的價格，就很侷限的一個板房，所謂的觀星天窗什麼也看不見，不如去户外直接看。早餐也是一塌糊塗。衹是工作人員態度和服務挺好。

早餐很棒，房間乾淨無敵美景，前台服務中國姑娘很好！

在蒂卡波湖景區這樣的房間算不錯了，還可以看到湖景，早餐可以選擇送到房間用。前台辦理入住的女士臉有點臭，其他都還不錯

Located near the town so getting groceries or food is easy! Quiet environment as well. Room is clean and well-maintained.

本來看了幾個差評有點擔心，不敢預訂。 因為是新裝修，又能停車，離著名的教堂步行可達。所以糾結後還是預訂了。 沒想到超乎的好，我們定的是家庭套房，2個房間，客廳和廚房的。 前台很熱情，服務也很好，看到我們在説中文，馬上切換説可以説中文的，後來聊天發發現對方是香港人，很熱情，很客氣。
