We checked in at 6 something in the evening . No on-duty staff after 7pm . One of the towels is sting . There was an unknown insect on the bed . We couldn’t contact any staff in the hotel . We left the hotel at 11:30pm that night . It’s raining . We sent messages to the hotel the next day . We couldn’t get the response after we replied them . Definitely won’t book that hotel again .

We loved our stay at the Auldington. The views were beautiful and comfortable room to stay in.

The setting is nice, but the house is a bit dated and is said to have been a monastery in the past. The staff is warm and friendly and will recommend restaurants and places to visit in the neighborhood if needed.

We like stayed at Auldington hotel , room cleaned and serviced are great for us .

Great location 👍 Will be back next time

這個酒店必須點評一下，我覺得位置跟外部環境還可以，但是體驗很差，我們一行十人定了兩個套房，一個單間，首先尊貴套房，入門是一張大床，進入之後另一間房才是可以拉開梳化床的廳，這種佈局非常奇葩，另一個套房入門倒是廳，但梳化床拉出來基本是把去洗手間的路都堵上了，逼仄至極，我們臨時提出再增加一個單間，酒店經理直接報價150澳幣，並且表示套房仍然按照四人標準收費，且不説這個單間的報價要高於攜程網上報價，那為什麼對衹住兩人的套房收取4人價格呢？我們在訂房前也參考了過往評價，我覺得必須切實點評供後來人參考，位置不錯，建築的原有環境也可以，單間也可以，但是套房是最多兩人住，審美很差，無論是是傢俱選擇和格局設定，都非常的不在線，更不用説服務和體驗了，舉個例子，每次進房間都要用key重新開一遍，而且不管幾個人住，衹給一把key，簡直沒見過這樣的

景色好好，睇到Launceston夜景，職員好好人，好細心介紹需要注意事項，房間嘅環境都好好，好乾淨

服務差， 設施不好，審美非差差，同是老建築改建酒店，與霍巴特住maylands的體驗天上地下
