Habitación con cama de matrimonio y un baño, pequeña pero con lo justo para dormir , bien situado, cerca de metro y bus, bufet de desayuno bien de precio conforme al nivel de paris, tranquilo.

El hotel ibis Puerta de Italia tiene una atención al cliente pésima te tratan mal y con indiferencia.llevsba mi reserva con desayuno incluido y el encargado me quería cobrar dos veces el desayuno y me habló de malos modos Horrible La habitación tenía cientos de hormigas y los desayunos muy pobres y escasos

There was problem with the payment. Already prepaid online but the staff said couldn’t take out the payment. So I paid double, but I got refunded from trip.com. Room was clean n there is car parking

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit smaller than expected but had all the amenities. It's 30mins away from the centre by public transport.
