The hotel counter staff very helpful and the hotel location is just 5mins walk to the city centre of Leicester.

Decent hotel with clean rooms Full English Breakfast of great quality Minus points - Parking expensive Tricky to exit hotel to safe pedestrian area as in the middle of an Island

The room were excellent. Only had an issue with the parking facilities. I had to park my car 15 min away from the stay. Other than that everything was good.

A few problems getting into the room but they swiftly padded us without us asking and we had a pleasant stay .

Our room was facing circular road and its window didn’t close properly, so we struggled to sleep by the traffic noise. Apart from that, we loved our stay.

Very pleasant experience. Walking distance to the town center and the Leicester University. Breakfast is wonderful with fresh fruits.

Lovely centrally located hotel. Staff as always very friendly and accommodating. Managed to get our room and our son's room across the hall and nothing was too much trouble. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Would definitely recommend

Generally clean. Friendly, professional staff. Good breakfast. Not easy to access on foot- took us a while to find the pedestrian access through a car park. Refrigerator was missing from the room.
