"During the Qingming Festival, I took my parents out for a trip and checked in at the Longtang Mountain House, which I had been interested in for a long time. The hotel is hidden in the mountains. Going up the rugged mountain road, passing by the traditional Chinese village Longtang Village, and then going up the mountain for a while, you can see a group of hotels built on the top of a mountain, which is very ”secluded”. Because it keeps a certain distance from the ancient village and is outside the style coordination area, the style of the hotel and the traditional village are not affected by each other. The hotel lobby and restaurant are also the best areas for bird's-eye view of the Miao village and terraced fields. The hotel itself is also a poverty alleviation project, and staying here is also very meaningful. The exterior design of the hotel echoes the architectural form of the stilt house. The roof is completely made of tile roofs and traditional masonry methods. The interior uses height differences to form two functional spaces, bedrooms and living rooms, forming a contrast between virtual and real. Each house has a natural landscape facing it, and they do not interfere with each other. The hotel's service is also thoughtful, with rich breakfasts and supper arrangements. I especially like the activities of visiting the Longtang Ancient Village and doing batik in the intangible cultural heritage experience hall transformed from a pigpen. I am very happy. The only drawback is that you have to walk up and down a flight of stone stairs to reach the hotel rooms, which is a good experience for young and middle-aged people, but is definitely not friendly enough for the elderly."

"The hotel located just next to the observatory deck. Change 2 shuttle bus that is not far from the entrance. The hotel is so nice and the staying experience was superb. We were been upgraded to a balcony room. The room is clean and cozy, served with a plate of fresh fruits, drinks and juice. Package includes a free batik handmade experience that is interesting, we like our masterpiece . They provided a free Miao costume to try on and we went out to take pictures at the observatory deck, that saved the cost of renting it at other shop. Free cocktail at their Rebirth Bar. We ordered other Cocktail there and that’s awesome. Drinks we ordered is so nice ! Overall the staying experience is very highly recommended."

"The boss is very nice. He helped us carry our luggage up the mountain. We could also store our luggage when we left. He also helped us deliver our luggage to the entrance of the scenic spot. The service was very enthusiastic. The room was very clean, the decoration was simple and generous, and the whole house was intelligent. There was also a projector and a smart toilet. There was a large balcony outside the floor-to-ceiling window, and the scenery of the Miao village was in full view. The boss also made free breakfast in the morning. The minced meat noodles were delicious. There was also an observation deck in the store where you could take pictures. "A truly satisfying experience! The guesthouse is conveniently located near the drop-off/pick-up point at Bridge No. 1, making transportation very easy. A short walk uphill from the guesthouse leads to ”Pigsty Coffee” and ”Cow Shed Campsite,” where we enjoyed a very chill time sipping coffee and unwinding. We stayed in a scenic view room, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Miao village and its terraced fields. We could capture beautiful photos right from our room without needing to step outside. Complimentary batik dyeing and Miao costume experiences were also provided. We tried both and they were fantastic! And finally, the highlight of our stay! Huanhuan, the guesthouse's host, met us as soon as we arrived in the Miao village and even helped us with our luggage all the way. She provided the same excellent service when we left. While transferring between vehicles can be a bit of a hassle, and there's a long walk from the drop-off point to the ticket gate, Huanhuan's assistance made our arrival and departure completely stress-free."

"Although check-in was after 2pm, I was shown to an upgraded room. It didn't suit me, so I asked for the original room, but they said that the room was not available as the previous night's guest had not yet checked out. They then asked me to give them a 5-star review because they would give me the upgraded room. I was disappointed to hear that, as it was the hotel's management mistake that the room was not available. If they hadn't asked me, I would have appreciated the upgrade and given it 5 stars. I can't write a false review, so I declined the request and waited for the original room to become available. I wish they had been honest about the situation from the beginning. The room had a nice view and was comfortable."

Just a short walk across one of the Wind-Rain Bridges brings you to Silver Necklace Square, and you can even watch the performances happening there right from your room. If you ever get tired of your room, the hotel boasts its own private viewing platform, perfect for taking photos. It's thoughtfully decorated with an 'Instagrammable' rooftop, complete with a bed and a swing – a true paradise for photography enthusiasts. Complimentary fresh fruit and afternoon tea are delivered daily. Enjoying these treats while gazing at the blue sky and white clouds is simply delightful and incredibly relaxing."

"I think the hotel is very good overall. Before I entered the door, there was a concierge at the door to help me with my luggage. I was even more surprised when I arrived at the front desk. The front desk lady greeted me with a smile the whole time. I wanted to go to the surrounding areas, and they gave me careful introductions and explanations. The check-in experience was also very good. The facilities, environment and services were perfect. I went to the nearby Xiasi Ancient Town to play, which was very ethnic. "Absolutely loved it here. The room and design of the hotel was great and the little snacks and breakfast very tasty. The hotel staff offered help and provided sightseeing tips and contacts to local drovers. The hotel has a washing machine for guests use and a lot of space to sit and chill downstairs- inside and outside. Very good experience and would fully recommend."

"The experience was much better than expected. It is difficult to expect a particularly good accommodation environment in the Miao Village, but the scenery is superb. Standing on the balcony, you can see the night view of the entire Miao Village. It is still very shocking when you see it for the first time. I would like to mention the hotel service in particular. The hotel front desk will call you in advance to remind you of the precautions for entering the park. Because there are many steps from the drop-off point to the hotel, the guy will go downstairs to help you with your luggage. If you forget to take the room card when you go out, the guy will climb up to the fourth floor to help you get the room card without saying a word, and will also explain to you with a smile that the reason why you can't give you the second room card is because of the fire protection requirements. Go out lightly in the morning, leave your luggage at the hotel front desk, and you don't even need to go to the hotel to pick up your luggage when you leave.
